The drinks come in packages ($7 or $8), and all contain three items---smoothie, tea and a shot of aloe. It can be your pre- or post-workout drink, whatever your heart desires. They use HerbalLife products in their drinks, if that's important to anyone at all! They have a laaaarge variety of drinks. If you wanted to add any supplements (whey or some sort of weight loss supplement) they'd add it for you! They're extremely kind and very knowledgeable about what they're doing. What I love the most is how they offer tons of free classes throughout Stockton and host cute events, such as 80's themed workouts days. They're very motivated and determined to help out their customers :) I don't think I would come here too often after feeling so pumped up upon arrival. I tried Chocolate Chunky Monkey today and I can say I'll be back to try some of the other flavors. The "service" as Maria the owner termed it includes a small drink of mango-flavored aloe, flavored iced tea (I had raspberry and my gf had peach, both good), and a shake. The place also holds Fit Clubs at Grupe Park that cater to all levels of physical condition with body weight exercises. The Fit Club is free, seen by the people who run Nspire as a public service. As a first time customer who was curious to try a new place, I was actually a little confused trying to figure out what exactly I was ordering based on the menu sheet. However, after-the-fact it's actually quite simple (a tea and a shake). The tea and the shake were actually very good. The owners, you can tell, have a passion for what they do and during the time I was there, they had a steady stream of business and regular customers. Actually consistently busy which is nice to see. People even call in for orders-to-go. My only negative, especially being a first-time customer, is that there are no prices listed on what you are ordering. And of course there are add-ons and upgrades but have no idea what the prices are. I trust they are honest people but I'm kinda anal that way in wanting to know ahead of time what it costs before purchasing. . The positive is that it's a fairly social place w music and even free wi-fi (u have to ask for the password). They have a a bar and seating available inside and outside to enjoy ur specialty made beverage with a lot of choices. It's impossible to not find something you wouldn't like. It seems a little pricey but I assure you the customer base does not seem to mind. The health advantage seems to be worth it. Horrible customer service. They only focus on their customers that go frequently. I waited 32mins with only one person ahead of me while they serviced "regulars" as they came in and filled out their forms. Absolutely awful service. HOOKED is way better and they greet everyone like family. I was going to say something, but I decided just observing would be best. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked in and was ignored for a bit ... then when they got to me, they were very short and THEN when i got my drink -the same drink that I order from Hooked, it tasted so different. So far I have tried 2 shakes (Orange Julius and Snickers) and loved them both. You can also get a cold or hot tea with aloe and I get the cold one with raspberry. I've been here maybe 3x and the customer service sucks everytime. Drinks are decent but my bf however ordered a smoothie and he wanted banana and strawberries. The guy said they ran out of strawberry powder or something and he recommended chocolate and it was gross. I think we paid like $16-$17 for 2 shakes. It's NOT worth it. At the in shape @ Tracy, we got a sandwich and a protein shake (much larger size) for $10. It was blended WAY better. This place just gives u a protein shake with chunks of ice. I love this place! The staff is amazing, the shakes are the delicious and the acai bowl is incredible. Highly recommend the acai bowl, it is the best bowl I've ever had (and I've tried a lot of acai bowls) the granola to acai proportions is incredible, every bite and you'll have either a banana, granola, or blueberries. Ive had some bowls where once you get to the bottom it's just acai, but no, not with this bowl! Perfect! Just stumbled across this place yesterday and decided to come back today and give it a try! It was pretty darn good and i can not wait to go back and try more! The owner is so sweet and really has a passion for her work! The "treatment" is also pretty inexpensive, that is the biggest plus for me. The only downfall is that it took forever to get my smoothie! There was only one machine going at a time and they had to keep cleaning blenders in between, so from the time me and my dad got in there to when we got our smoothies it was almost a half hour! I jumped on the herbalife bandwagon and I usually go to Thrive in Lodi but since this place is closer to me and on my way to work I decided to try it. I like that they open at 7 since I usually order before work or school. But I don't like how limited their menus are. Thrive has more shakes and you can actually buy products from them. However, this place charges less for extra add-ins. I don't think any place is better than the other but each place has its own perks. read more

I enjoy this spot and had a really good experience the first time my wife and I came, HOWEVER I had an awful experience today. I ordered two shakes and as I'm watching her make it, be on her cell phone, talk to a regular, and continuously look outside, I notice her put ingredients from one shake into the other. I wasn't sure if I was mistaken about what went in mine and tried it. It tasted like banana and I ordered cake better, I asked if the cake batter shake has banana and she said did I put banana in it? I told her it tasted like it. She took it and made me another one, without apologizing and asked someone to try it. He tried it and said it taste like banana and for her to try it. She did and said it tastes good, he then say there's banana in there. So she didn't put banana in the banana spit we ordered and put it in mine. I didnt care if it tasted good or not she should have apologized happily and made a new one. What if I was allergic to banana? I wouldn't be this upset if she didn't give off an awful vibe to us when we got there. She was very pleasant to everyone who walked in there but us, no small talk, didn't ask if it was our first visit, nothing. Love this place, however she could use some coaching. read more

I came here under the assumption I was putting something good in my body like maybe some fresh fruit and vegetables in my drink as well. All I saw was various powders and monin syrup.
