I called Meadows to check the door and offer some solutions, and I got much more than I expected. Jovanni was the nicest man ever, so personable, and you can just tell he is truly honest. He also loves his job, even in the heat and humidity. We didn't replaced the door itself, but he overhauled a lot of worn door parts, replaced the old garage door opener with a new one with a camera, and also installed a remote keypad with a camera. All controllable online. The job he did was very detailed and professional, and he left the garage near the door much cleaner than when he got there. I feel very good about the investment, the quality of work, and I am especially glad I found Meadows and that Jovanni was assigned to me!

A few months later, the "free quick fixes" had outlived their life, and I actually needed someone to come see me ($99 service call). It took Phillip 3 minutes to diagnose my problem, and offer a solution. He had the gear in the truck and 30 minutes later, it was completely repaired. I had asked Phillip, what I pay you to repair this plus the service call fee, and it doesn't work. With all of the assurance he could muster, he simply said, "That's the problem. That's the fix. It will work, period". I love when a professional who sees similar problems dozens of times a day doesn't try to bamboozle you, take advantage, or upsell you. "This is the problem, this is the fix, it will work. Period". BTW... Phillip is the 3rd company I had talked to. One company wanted to rewire my entire garage, and sell me an entire new lift kit... $8000.00. I won't name them. The 2nd company said, "$6000 but your wiring might not be a problem".
