Superior Professional Service…read more I've been in my house for two years now. In the two years, the old garage door had to be repaired 4 times by the previous contractor my landlord used. Well, the same issue took place yesterday. I took matters into my own hands and called several places with no answer or return call. I called Protech to see what they could do for me. To my surprise, Charles answered. He was extremely professional and helpful. Xavier was at my home this morning at 7:30am sharp!! He took a look at the door and told me he could repair it but I would still have the same issue. He recommended I get a new door. Not only did he single handedly take down the old broken door, he put up a new one by himself. He treated me as if I was paying a Million Dollars. Very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and Phenomenal Customer Service. My new garage door is quiet. I love it!!! If you're not using Protech for your garage door needs, I promise you, you're missing out. Thank you Protech for a job well done!!!
