To my surprise, Charles answered. He was extremely professional and helpful. Xavier was at my home this morning at 7:30am sharp!! He took a look at the door and told me he could repair it but I would still have the same issue. He recommended I get a new door. Not only did he single handedly take down the old broken door, he put up a new one by himself. He treated me as if I was paying a Million Dollars.
