I recently purchased a new car and wanted to make sure I kept it looking its best, so I started researching companies that offer paint protection. As expected, once you start looking, you get bombarded with messages from just about everyone. What really made ProTech stand out was their approach. In my conversations with them, they were far more focused on what I wanted rather than trying to push a sale. They also offered some innovative solutions that I didn't hear from others. Based on that experience, I chose to have them apply their Avant Guard protection to my vehicle--and I couldn't be happier with the results. They went above and beyond, double- and triple-checking everything to ensure it was done right. It was absolutely money well spent. Every time I walk into my garage, I can't help but smile at the shine my car puts off. Thank you, ProTech, for a great experience from start to finish. read more

I paid $1,100 (there is a lot of upselling, fyi) for a detail at Pro Tech Detailing -- including a $100 tip -- and was satisfied with the work itself. Cameron, the owner, also promised to connect me with a ding specialist to address some dings, a follow-up he never made. Shortly after the detail, a trim piece came loose in an unusual location that I attributed to the service. About 21 days later I stopped by to have it snapped back in place -- a simple fix worth maybe $20. Cameron refused. His position was that I had waited too long to report it and had not communicated quickly enough. When I pointed out the disproportion -- $1,100 spent, a $100 tip given, and a $20 fix declined -- he scoffed and held firm. Two unfulfilled commitments. No goodwill gesture. No accountability. The detail work itself is good, but if Cameron makes you a promise or something goes wrong after the service, don't expect follow-through or any effort to make it right. read more

Brought my car here again, this time for a ceramic coating, moonroof tint, and a repair on one of my wheels. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! Camron is a master of his craft and is super passionate about his business, which is super refreshing to see. Super professional and will answer any questions you have and spend time with you to show you a few things. When I went to pick up my car I noticed they had a boat in the shop and I asked, "Are you detailing a boat?" And he took the time to show me it and around the shop a little. When I was there the first time, I think he only had one car in the back and when I went there this time, he had four or five plus a boat, and then my car was out front. Seems like he's getting busy, which is good to see! I like how he spends the time to talk to you and explain everything...it's reasons like these that I like giving my business to small businesses and not large corporations. ProTech Detailing uses Feynlab ceramic coatings, which is one of the best in the industry. Feynlab doesn't must let anyone purchase and apply their coatings, you actually have to be certified by Feynlab in order to purchase their products and apply them. Feynlab is also strict so if they see a shop starting to get poor ratings, they'll cut the shop off. That's how you know you're getting a really quality product and not some coating that any Joe Schmo can buy at Walmart. I went with the Feynlab Ultra 5 year coating and my car looks absolutely stunning. If you're thinking about getting a ceramic coating for your car do your research...things like the installer and the coating they use MATTER! If the installer doesn't prepare the surface properly, the coating will not bond properly and will fail prematurely. Before making the decision to do the ceramic coating I basically interviewed a bunch of shops and grilled them over their process, the products they use, etc. I went with Camron because of the Feynlab coating (did my research on this too), his ability to answer all my questions (he spent about 20-30min on the phone with me), and his thorough explanation of his process. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. A few weeks ago I had pulled into a tight parking spot and scraped my front passenger side rim on the curb. I have glossy black rims and it was super noticeable but it's not noticeable anymore thanks to Camron and his rim repair guy. They erased my oopsie from the rim and it looks brand new. I also had Camron's tint guy apply some ceramic tint on my moonroof for heat rejection. On my BMW 330i, I don't have a panoramic moonroof but it is a larger than standard moonroof, which lets in a lot of light and since we live in Arizona, a lot of heat in the summer too. We went with the lightest tint because darker tint can crack the moonroof. Camron took the time to explain to me that ceramic tint regardless of the shade is going to have heat rejection properties. Lastly, they were nice enough to do, what Camron referred to as a quick cleaning of the interior. It looks like they full on detailed it. The interior was super clean and sparkling when I got in. I wish I took a before and after picture because it really was like night and day. I can't wait to bring my car in for its first maintenance wash in 30-days! read more

All around the best car detailing experience I have ever had. The owner, Camron, exhibited nothing but professionalism. After putting 10k miles on my car from summer road trips, it was an absolute mess, but when I got the car back from ProTech it looked better than it did the day I bought it off the lot. The prices were fair, and reflect the superb quality of the work. On top of that, the team is highly knowledgeable, and was able to explain every product they use and how it helps protect and preserve my car. These guys care not just about your car, but about their customers as if each one was their own family member. ProTech will be my new go to detailer. I highly recommend you try them too, it will be a car detailing experience like you've never had before. read more
