When I went to pick up my truck after the install I was guided into their technician shop which is an open warehouse with all the lights off and two technicians sitting in their desks. They were kind of stand-offish and I didn't know why even after I asked them a couple questions about the sealing of a window. It wasn't until I got out of my truck and realized why. There was a 3inch cut in my drivers seat. I drove back to the shop to ask what happened and the technician "Todd" said that at separate times he, 1.) never gets into the vehicle to do any work, it's all done on the outside. 2.) Only leans into the vehicle. Which contradicts himself. 3.) He doesn't use any tools but a pen. 4.) That the leather seat was pretty worn out. (Even though I was pressing on other worn areas really hard and nothing was ripping). I would stay clear of this place unless you don't care about your car. Horrible customer service.

Thursday rolls around, the call window passes. At 9:15am I call them to ask what my 3-hour window is: 3-5pm. I took off work to stay home to have my windshield replaced - I get a bad feeling knowing I'm at the end of the day, and I live in downtown Chicago and they're coming from Addison, but it is what it is. At 3:10pm, I get a call saying they have to cancel and reschedule my appointment. When I call them back asking why they had to cancel me, they said the technician had an emergency and couldn't finish his route. Couldn't help but respond asking if it there was also an 'emergency' where he couldn't call in the morning to give me my 3-hour window. They tried to offer me free wipers and a $25 gift card - no thanks. If that's your level of customer service - no calls except to cancel - then no thanks I'll take my business elsewhere. And if your techs just don't want to be stuck in rush hour traffic in the city, then don't make appointments that late in the day.
