I had also started experiencing neck and shoulder pain, which Isaac quickly recognized was most likely from the way I had been using my crutches. He corrected my technique, showed me the proper way to use them, and immediately helped relieve some of the discomfort. That alone was incredibly helpful! Isaac was very thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and gave me specific exercises to do at home so I can be proactive in my recovery. I'm hopeful that with the right care and exercises, I'll be able to get back to running, yoga, and my fitness classes soon! He took the time to carefully test and assess her knee, explain the areas where she still has deficits nearly seven months post-op, and demonstrate additional strength exercises that will help her continue making progress. He also corrected her form to ensure she is getting the most benefit from her strength training program. We appreciate the time and expertise he provided and are looking forward to working with him to help close the strength deficit and, most importantly, get our daughter safely and confidently back on the pitch!
