I frequent this car wash, not only because it's convenient, but it's because it's the best car wash I have ever been to, in 3 states. It gets my entire vehicle clean, including the back window up under the spoiler on my SUV that 10+ car washes can't seem to reach. I have only used the touchless, so I can't vouch for the "hands on" bays. Not only are the physical aspects of this car wash great, but the customer service is top notch. I had made a mistake and accidentally purchased (but didn't use) the non-touchless bay. I called the number listed on the kiosk, and he was so helpful. He gave me a code to use in the touchless bay, so I hopped over 1 stall and went on to get my vehicle as clean as when I picked it up from the dealer. This place will become a weekly stop for me.

First time visiting this car wash. I really like certain aspects about it. The automated car wash…read moreseemed thorough and got my vehicle clean and dry on the outside. I love the free vacuums. Major suck! I would like to have a more open ended vacuum nozzle in addition to the narrow one. But overall vacuuming was made easy and it's free! It was also nice that I could vacuumFor as long as I needed to! The staff was exceptionally nice, kind, and helpful. My only drawback: I had to go to a different self service car wash to power spray my floor mats. Bummer.

Theres no reason for them to have that! Is their staff really so incompetent they need weeks to file a cancelation? It's not a lease! They overcharged us a full month, wouldn't even pro rate it. We got a brand new car, didn't want to take it through a commercial carwash for a while. Now, we are considering a carwash sub again, and will go ANYWHERE but here. Even if there terms are similar, i just can't work with a place that couldn't care less about taking care of their client.

My favorite feature is the tire scrubber, it does a great job on the sidewalls of your rubber. It appears you can save pretty considerably by becoming a member but this location isn't really near my house. Vacuums are free and work well. There are multiple nozzle types available which is convenient. There is also a small blower for areas like vents and cupholders. The only drawback is the "tip shaming." When you pay you will be prompted to leave a tip while the attendant looks at you with puppy dog eyes. Nobody touches my vehicle or otherwise assists this "automatic" wash, so the tip shaming is not appropriate in my opinion. This deters me from using this wash.

It's probably because they have limited number of slots but if they want people to continue using their service, they need to make sure all of the vacuum stations are functional. They seem to do upgrades and maintenance on the car wash but I don't notice much improvement. I like this place because of its proximity to my house. I hope I don't have to cancel my subscriptions and had to drive to Clinton just because of little annoying things that can be fixed easily.

When I got out of the car, I handed the man the tip and went to the waiting room. About 7 minutes later, another man came in and said my car was ready. I said, WOW... that was fast! Again, I was the only car at the time. I got in my car and drove to my next stop. There it was good light. They did a HORRIBLE job at vacuuming, a 2 year old could have done better. My tires WERE NOT SHINY, so I know they didn't clean them. How disappointing to pay to have a service done, tip them, then NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!! I absolutely will NOT ever return to this establishment. Next time, I won't Tip until the job is finished. I figured a good tip would've been a good incentive. Guess not.

With that I would get a wash, hand dry and the option of either interior windows washed, vacuumed or door jams wiped. At some point in August overall management changed the policy and no longer do I get that extra service for the same price. I have to upgrade to the most expensive package where they do all three of those. I am upset that after 5 years of going there, their service policy that attracted me to this business has changed. And the young man I spoke to about it gave me the "there 's nothing I can do" when all I asked is to give my complaint to the manager. I have tried looking for other car washes that give me the same service that I have been used to at Wash Factory but can't find one. So, am I stuck in paying for the more expensive one? I don't want to. But I also don't want to support this business any more.

The bays were all filthy covered in mud and dry-wall residue. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any business. My daughter brought her…read morecar in for a deep clean and paid extra because the car was very dirty. They told us it would take three hours, but called after just two saying it was ready. When she got home, we saw the car was still dirty -- the extra services weren't done, and the trunk hadn't even been touched. We called to voice our concerns, and they told us to bring the car back a few days later. We arrived early for our appointment but it was during business hours, no one was there. An hour later the owner called and said he would issue a refund. That should've been the end of it -- but instead, he called back and completely escalated the situation. He was extremely rude, started yelling at me over the phone, and accused us of trying to scam a free detail. It was shocking and unprofessional -- especially from the owner himself. Rather than take responsibility, he doubled down and made the whole experience even worse. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any business. The lack of service was bad enough -- but being yelled at and blamed for their mistakes was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly warn others to stay far away from this place.
