The gates haven't been closed in months at this point. Originally we were to get covered parking and we never got it. The first 3+ years the fitness center was only open during business hours (mon -fri) and those hours change as much as management and the office staff does. Rent increases but nothing gets better. Many units have mold, the weed smoke is atrocious. The parking is horrible. The maintenance has an attitude when heaven forbid there be an after hours emergency of water leaking from a unit. Pest control is supposed to come, it's non-existent. We are now being charged for filters, drip pans, light bulbs, etc. Many units have unverified adults living there that aren't on the lease and the office doesn't seem to care. Dog owners let their dogs poop anywhere and many let their dogs go without leashes. Pool was to be opened in June this year after repairs and have no pool at all last year and its still not open at the end of July. There are supposed to be weekly resident events/activities and we do good to get a sheet of paper with a couple notes on it once every couple of months as the only communication from the office. Go elsewhere, even if rent here is cheaper... you will regret it.

If this ain't one of all of their locations BUILT ON KARENS! The nerve to be called about MY DOG!…read morefrom an accusation not based on FACTS! CLAIRISSE/CLARICE when I'm surrounded by BARKING DOGS! The nerve to assume bc I'm BLACK my dog is outside during the heat of the day tied to a damn tree with its RIBS showing and no water! I'm disgusted! Last time I checked dogs bark to COMMUNICATE! and then to have someone knock on my door and threaten animal control! I have every unit number out here with dogs if they EVER COME HERE TO MY UNIT! They'll be out here every F$&@!!! DAY! on ALL DOGS WHO BARK! crazy right?!? Well don't assume a complaint is BIBLE! How about y'all worry about all the broken shyt in my unit! Or why we pay for TRASH that doesn't get picked up everyday! Now that my lease is almost up you want me to schedule maintenance when my front window has been like this since I moved in. GTFOH. Y'all haven't met queen PETTY bc I'm created the BOOK on it, TRY ME. Threaten me with Animal Control on a dog that spends all of his time in the AC unless being fed or during POTTY TRAINING. Try me. No threats. THATS A PROMISE.

Walking on eggshells. Would trade soft close cabinets for a master tub or extra closet instead of having to store my cleaning supplies in my closet. Features are nice. These are for ppl with no kids, kids don't play outside here and there would be no room for anything due to the lack of storage, closet space. It's a lot. But overall it's cute just not as functional as what I'm use to for 2700 a month

The reason I am giving this review is b/c I felt unfairly treated b/c of other people's fraud…read more Initially I was excited about moving here but after going the process of Screening I feel like I was being told to pay extra b/c they think I sent a fake letter from a collection agency showing I paid in full when in fact that letter came DIRECTLY from them. I took money out of my 401k to pay this so I could get approved for an apartment & I dont appreciate being treated like a criminal. They wanted me to sign a lease & pay double the deposit. Why would I sign a lease & haven't laid my eyes on the apartment yet? Wow. I just decided to move on. Not a great 1st impression. On a positive note, the apartments look nice. I had a locator view it for me. Good luck to you all. If you have a balance from a previous apartment that still shows on your credit, dont apply until its removed. You WILL get denied. Even though you paid it recently.

The trash is constantly overflowing, nasty...furniture, open bags with rotting food, diapers...nasty. Speaking of nasty, roaches!!! I have an infestation of roaches in my place. I keep my home extremely clean, roaches everywhere. Reporting of the roaches, lol I was told by management it's because of the rain and we have them all over the club house too. It took me threatening the county of reporting this issue to get it treated. Then even after that, they were entering my place without letting me know. Four times they came in with me being gone. This place was almost $2000 a month and I was living in nasty, dirty conditions. I moved out 3 weeks before my lease was up because I just couldn't handle it anymore. What a shame that they allowed this property to go down hill so fast.
