But what really stands out is how they handle things. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue, it's been taken care of quickly. The maintenance guy has always been polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. No attitude, no dragging things out -- just gets it done. It's hard to find places that treat you like a human being instead of just a lease number. I'm genuinely grateful for the way they've handled my situation and how smooth everything has been. We haven't looked back since. Every interaction with her has been an amazing one and she really makes the effort to go from agent to friend. The staff here is very helpful and always willing to listen to concerns. The community events are well thought out and always a blast to go to. They might not be the biggest or the most extravagant, but they definitely give a family vibe and makes residents feel at home. The amenities here are top notch, with a self-serve coffee bar as well as a stocked fridge and snacks for new and old residents. The gym is a bit small but has all the equipment you need to get a good workout in. The one con is on the builder side. It seems some of the units may have been rushed to be completed and have had issues with plumbing, sealing, lights etc. for a community this large its to be expected to have growing pains as they have just opened and are still relatively new. I think with a little understanding on both the residents and the staff will go a long way. That being said the maintenance crew is amazing. Your requests are usually seen to within a day if not a few hours and they will come and fix whatever needs to be fixed. I have lived here for the past two weeks and just really wish I had read the reviews before choosing to move in here. I am posting this hoping this helps others that are looking for a place to live because the stress my husband and I have to deal with is unacceptable. We moved here 11/16. It took us all day to move our stuff. The first day I found a couple of small roaches. We went to buy Raid's spray which made the problem even worst. They started coming out of the sink, crawling on the walls, and crawling on our guest bedroom mattress. That night I was not able to to sleep afraid that one was going to crawl into my bed while I was asleep. The next morning I was getting ready to talk to the front office about our issue. My husband woke up screaming because one of the roaches was in our bed CRAWLING UP HIS ARM. At this point I was furious. I went to the front office on a Tuesday morning and expressed my frustration. Francis apologized and told us pest control would come the next day. That night I did not stay there. I knew I was not going to be able to rest. Pest control came on Wednesday. Which helped. Most of the roaches we have found are now dead. A few ones are still alive. I also found 3 worms. I was told to keep my windows, patio door closed. Which I have. The only time I ever open a door is when I have to leave my apartment. Pest control came by for the second time and tried to advise us in how to deal with this situation. Basically we don't know if this is a roach infestation. I mentioned we are trying to get rid of them. I was told that "we aren't getting rid of these roaches soon" and that at best it will take at least 4-6 weeks to be able to get rid of them completely. That's if we are not dealing with a roach infestation. If I am still seeing them I can ask them to come back next week and ask them to do a clean-out, a more aggressive method of fumigation. Let me make this clear my husband and I did NOT bring these roaches with us. I know the office might try to blame this on us. So I want to be clear. The apartment should have been fumigated before we moved in or they should have offered a different apartment if this was an issue. I refuse to believe this was not noticed when they worked on the apartment, of which they had asked us to delay moving in for a week because they needed more time to finish the apartment. They were literary crawling on every wall and the sink. So for the next few weeks I am going to have to keep requesting for them to come back. The only one that has apologized and actually being helpful throughout this process is Francis. She put us on the pest control list again for this week. We have dealt with a lot of issues with the apartment. Some have being fix and some I will have to put an order for because we are finding more problems with the apartment as we continue to live here. I wouldn't recommend this place to rent.

So the bars actually come in handy. Apartment was not cleaned when I moved in, cobwebs, stains on the wall and whatever this is on the bedroom blinds. POOP EVERYWHERE! In the hallways, on the sidewalks, all kinds of debris in the hallways. Doors leading in and out of building & courtyard slam, be prepared of the walls vibrating. Busted down, out of date vehicles all over the place. And the best and newest thing... 4:30am fire alarms going off. While outside in the heat discussing with people who unfortunately have lived here longer than a year say this is a normal thing, happens at least 6-8 times a year. And they're LOUD alarms! I'm trying to think of one positive and the only thing I can think of is it's close to a lot of things. That one positive does not outweigh all the negatives. I've lived in a lot of apartments in the Plano/Frisco area and these are by far the worst I've ever lived in.

The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I love how close it is to local stores and restaurants, while still feeling tucked away from the busy traffic. The units are spacious, and I especially appreciate the pet-friendly policy and the nearby walking areas. If you're looking for a calm place to call home in Anna, this is a great choice!

Now I'm being charged $6,000 for early termination fees. This is supposed to be a smoke free complex all lies I had marijuana smell everyday I came home in my unit. Garbage dumpster smells like the city dump. Breezeways are always nasty and dirty with drippings from trash bags. They will be nice until they get you in and then be rude as H#LL.......STAY AWAY FROM THIS GHETTO PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!! I will see them in court over my charges and that's a fact. Lacy and Shara are professional, friendly, and always willing to work with residents. They've honored agreements made and have always been honest and straightforward, which I really appreciate. Trey and Kayla are also fantastic and always willing to help however they can. The maintenance team, Alex and Steve, are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Anytime I've needed help, they've been quick to respond and get things taken care of. The location has also been perfect for me -- it's conveniently located, and being walkable to Watters Creek is a big plus. For the price, it offers affordable living in a semi-luxury environment. The staff does their best to monitor community rules and guidelines, but like anywhere, not all residents follow them, which can sometimes be frustrating. Also, moving to Texas, I wasn't used to additional fees on top of rent, which took some getting used to -- though that seems to be fairly common in the DFW area rather than specific to this property. Overall, the staff, location, and value have made this a good place to live for the past several years.
