The gates haven't been closed in months at this point. Originally we were to get covered parking and we never got it. The first 3+ years the fitness center was only open during business hours (mon -fri) and those hours change as much as management and the office staff does. Rent increases but nothing gets better. Many units have mold, the weed smoke is atrocious. The parking is horrible. The maintenance has an attitude when heaven forbid there be an after hours emergency of water leaking from a unit. Pest control is supposed to come, it's non-existent. We are now being charged for filters, drip pans, light bulbs, etc. Many units have unverified adults living there that aren't on the lease and the office doesn't seem to care. Dog owners let their dogs poop anywhere and many let their dogs go without leashes. Pool was to be opened in June this year after repairs and have no pool at all last year and its still not open at the end of July. There are supposed to be weekly resident events/activities and we do good to get a sheet of paper with a couple notes on it once every couple of months as the only communication from the office. Go elsewhere, even if rent here is cheaper... you will regret it.

This is the worst place to live. They find anything to charge you with. The water stays warm for 5…read moreminutes so if you and your kids need to shower you have to wait in between times to shower. They constantly will charge you and you dont even get the amenities. You dont have access to the club area after hours. The gate is slow to open. The pool is always NASTY found underwear in there once besides bugs and food. Heaven forbid you might not bring in your trash can they will charge you because your late to bring it in. Because your using their supposed valet service that is always late or to early. If the system to pay you rent messes up they will be quick to give you a flyer to kick you out. I really have nothing nice to say about this place other then the fact its a place to be in. I mean I hear my neighbors constantly ban around. So dont even remember the last time I slept. But hey looks are deceiving and it looks pretty but worst decision of my life.

I recently moved because I got married and needed more space for my wife and our dog. Aside from that, this place was everything my wife and I needed and more. There are a few people who truly made this apartment feel like home: Guy Kohavi - Great Maintenance Assistant with amazing communication and an awesome attitude. He was always a pleasure to talk to and work with when finding solutions to normal wear and tear issues. Britnee Scott - Assistant Property Manager with a really positive attitude who was easy to work with. She made living there seamless. Lisa Smith - A very kind front desk representative who always did her absolute best to answer any question I had. If she didn't have the answer immediately, she would do whatever she could to get me one as soon as possible. They treat you like you're an idiot and never communicate with you or the other residents about anything. The big thing for me, as my wife works from home and I'm an online gamer is the internet. It is god awful. On and off all times of the day and it just goes down randomly. Takes like a minimum of 4-6 days to come back online, but they assure us we get "white glove" service. Biggest lie out there. Couple more things: Dog poop is everywhere outside so watch were you step. Also, the apartment reeks of weed. Look, for as much as you will be paying, just go somewhere else.

The reason I am giving this review is b/c I felt unfairly treated b/c of other people's fraud…read more Initially I was excited about moving here but after going the process of Screening I feel like I was being told to pay extra b/c they think I sent a fake letter from a collection agency showing I paid in full when in fact that letter came DIRECTLY from them. I took money out of my 401k to pay this so I could get approved for an apartment & I dont appreciate being treated like a criminal. They wanted me to sign a lease & pay double the deposit. Why would I sign a lease & haven't laid my eyes on the apartment yet? Wow. I just decided to move on. Not a great 1st impression. On a positive note, the apartments look nice. I had a locator view it for me. Good luck to you all. If you have a balance from a previous apartment that still shows on your credit, dont apply until its removed. You WILL get denied. Even though you paid it recently.
