I had a face-to-face meeting with one of the maintenance team members that came to my apartment telling me that he would be there in 35 minutes to replace the dishwasher, (the dishwasher that needed replaced years earlier) I canceled my appointments for the rest of the afternoon moved everything out of the way so that they could have a clear path in and out and then he never showed up not even a courtesy call or a courtesy walk over to let me know that tomorrow would be the day... however as I expected I got work up bring and early the next day, (good thing I was home ) and there was "Reggie" he was a fill in Maint tech that roams from property to property and helping properties with work orders . Reggie showed up with a new dishwasher and a smile and a apology, after I told him what had happen. It wasn't his place to apologize for something that wasn't his fault but I did appreciate the effort.. Reggie came in and picked up the whole dishwasher and brought it in without even using the dolly which I thought was boss Moves, and fastly and efficiently put it in, if he had been given a maintenance card it would've went a lot faster. The poor guy had to bring the dishwasher over on a dolly all the way from the office to building 19, I felt really bad for him definitely being the poverty could improve by more maintenance teams to quickly do more work orders. It's frustrating that I had a few other little work orders in the apartment, but he was unable to do them if there was one thing that I could suggest is when you have multiple work orders in even if one of those work orders is an emergency and the rest aren't go ahead and knock them all out while you're there, it just makes sense to me. But I digress Reggie was a peach and I am grateful for his fast and cheerful service. I wish she was a maintenance member of Saxon Woods full-time! read more

***i cannot stress this enough, renter beware!*** typing in all caps because renters need to know this information. this place has a wide variety of issues but one being a severe mold issue. they delayed a/c repairs over and over again which caused leaking into the ceiling and causing damage to the shower and bathtub. they will tell you there isnt a mold problem and paint over it for it to only come back. they will tell you they fix your a/c but re filling it does not fix the root issue which is leaking. now they are saying that we are responsible for the cleaning and damages. we have pictures of mold and water damages dating back 2+ years as well as email and work order correspondences nothing was resolved. there was a wide variety of health issues experienced here and once moved out and adjusted have been improving but working with doctors. texas health dept has been notified. please for your health and peace of mind do not rent here. read more

This place is terrible and I've hated my living experience here. This place is not worth 1100. Things I've had replaced Both faucets. Ice maker Shower head Oven still doesn't work (4 months) Toilet flushes randomly. Apartment was disgusting when I moved in. They tow and blame the residents. So thanks!! read more

We've lived here for a while now, and since moving into our new apartment, we've had a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. In the past, my wife and I were used to waiting a while for repairs to be completed, but here, it's been the complete opposite. Andoni has been amazing--quickly taking care of everything that needs fixing. He's always respectful and even helped us set up our baby gates after we had to take them down for maintenance. The property and manager are fantastic. The property employees treated me with courtesy and professionalism. The pools are lovely and never too crowded. The maintenance team also handled minor issues promptly. I anticipate residing here for many years to come. read more

Hanna R. The agent that helped me is everything sort but amazing. Probably needs a raise! Finding a place is incredibly hard, and uncomfortable because you deal with a lot of people. Hannah, is so warm and inviting, provides upfront information, a pure definition of customer services goes the long way. If it was a picture definition, she should be right next to it. Not only, did Hannah provide videos, photos, a tour, different options for my concerns, different ways to highlight the needs that I'm looking for and making sure that I knew every step. The worst apartment I've ever lived in. Termite damage that took months to repair, terrible airflow causing mold in every room&bathroom. Our electricity bill was $300-$500 every month, running our ac on 72 but it won't cool down past 76. Extremely loud upstairs neighbors that could never be resolved. The complex then changed how you register your cars not informing me directly and my car gets towed, even though it's registered in my lease, $400. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Don't get blind sided by the pool, it's not worth it. read more

This place has been amazing, I stayed here for 2 years and did not have a single problem. Maintenance request responded to on time, quiet area, front office always responding to emails and answering calls, and also always willing to work with you on any issue. I'm I just moved into this apartment not even 2 weeks ago and it has been by far the worst I have ever lived in. There are multiple safety hazards in the apartment alone. I first worked with one of the leasing consultants, all over the phone since I was moving from California to Texas. He was nice. Didn't really give me an option on apartments. But I applied and didn't hear from him. I called to be like "ok so....did we get it" he said yes and then told me what needed to be sent. I had to continue to call to see when I was getting my lease to sign and what I needed to do for move in. I was moving in on the 28th. I didn't get any information from until about 4pm on the 27th and then I had to hurry and get everything set up for the next day. This was my first red flag. Then on the 28th. I got my apartment keys and went and looked at the apartment. I was told it was cleaned that morning, that was a LIE, there were bugs and dirt in the windows, and I can't even begin how gross it smells in the apartment. I wrote down all the things wrong with it, ceiling fans shake so much they look like they are going to fall, windows do not stay open, locks on the slider do not work at all, the slider is hard to open and close, the slider screen doesn't close. The dryer doesn't ever stop. The tub faucet keeps leaking. And the bathroom sink is clogged. I told the front office this, and I have had no one come to fix any of this. I have then called a bunch of times for a garage or covered parking since it's been harder to find parking by my apartment by the time I get home. No follow up. I am very upset and do not feel safe in my apartment. I have asked to transfer the the apartment across from me in hopes that that one is actually ready for someone to move into, and once again...no response. Update: they moved me into a new apartment and it is nice, but having more issues, the slider doesn't work for shit. I have wasps coming into my apartment and a few other things that I have work orders in for. Do you think they have come to fix any of it??? Oh that's right...NO! The only time they do is when I leave a review like this. And I hear that's a common thing. I have complained about all the dog poop that is out here and told that the grounds person will clean it up. Sure hasn't happened. And not to mention, their maintenance supervisor creeps me the hell out. I'm VERY unhappy with this complex. Do not move here. read more

My apartment flooded and the two above me. The ones above me got fast, easy service from them but since I was moving from the property I was treated harshly. The manager walked in my apartment without knocking and started looking over the damages. I didn't receive the email the others did about what all they were going to do. When I asked to see it, they were unable to produce it. They said they cleaned the rugs after the flood but the guy barely hit the edges. They pulled up the edge of the carpet sprayed something wet under it put it back down and told me not to let it get hot. The air conditioning was not working for two days because of the water that had gone down the walls and ceilings, Management was not helpful at all but swnt pushy emails that were rude about how I'f I didn't sign off that I was breaking my lease I would owe several thousand dollars. read more

I would give 0 stars if i could. Dont even know where to start. Worst management i have ever experienced. Moved in 2022- not even a month after move in the unit above mine had a leak that ended up causing BLACK MOLD all throughout my "new" apartment. It took me 2 weeks and SEVERAL phone calls to get management to even address the issue. After assessing the situation I had to be emergency moved to a new unit and they were trying to make me come out of my own pocket for all of the expenses. Not to mention, the movers they hired to "move" me damaged my brand new dryer. Stay far away. Dont waste your time/money. Not worth a penny. read more

Well. 0 stars. Horrible place to live. luxury ? I think not. my spouse and I have been here since 11/2023, and are anticipating our move out date. Problem after problem. From the start, our apartment wasn't ready for us to move in. Let us move into an incomplete apartment , and took 4 months for them to fix our initial requests upon move in. Our car got towed from our apartment back in January. When I tried to call corporate office, I left a voicemail voicing my concerns and I'm still waiting for a call back. Had a leak in our bathtub, took several days to get someone out to fix , AFTER I made the comment of mold growing in the bathroom . Our car received damage in our garage from the contract workers/maintenance. and now, we have water damage to our floors , due to the fire sprinkler room. They bring one small fan to dry up the mess that they created. Can this get any worse? Management is the worst and has no people skills. Management will blame you for all the issues that arise. read more

I just recently moved out of Saxon woods. It was the absolute worst move out of an apartment I have ever experienced. First off, when you move out they are supposed to do a walk through with you so they can go over damages with you so you know what you'll be charged for. When I got to the office the lady just took my keys and refused to do a walkthrough. Then I didn't hear from them for a couple months after moving out. I already paid the move out fee so I thought I was good. Well I got an email from them of damages I was being charged for MONTHS after I moved out. They charged me $700 for carpet replacement due to pet damage.... I NEVER owned a pet and my carpet was left in good condition! Basically they just wanted to replace the carpet with vinyl and charged me for it and lied about me having a pet. When I called the office to ask, the man who answered was very rude, unhelpful, uncooperative and basically told me it wasn't his problem. They gave me no time to pay this and immediately sent it to a debt collector within 2 weeks of me getting a notice. Unless you want to be taken advantage of I highly recommend living anywhere else. read more

how glad I am that the management has changed, for three years here I stayed from this place, because the people in the office were rude, unprofessional and did not keep their promises, it seems that all the holes in the finances were closed at my expense, I paid for what is possible! finally, a new company came, they completely replaced all the staff and our community was revived in the truest sense of the word! -10 stars. I lived here three years and during a management change. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- don't walk. apartments are In horrible condition. Nothing luxurious here. It took 4 months to unclog a drain. 9 months to fix a hole in the ceiling they caused. During the summer the pool was green with algae and unusable. When I resigned my lease after new management took over they rushed me in saying it would be hundreds more if it didn't sign in the next two hours. I stupidly signed. OVER $300 in hidden costs PER MONTH later I have had problem after problem. I have left this horrific experience behind but when I was there I no longer felt safe walking the dog from the new residents living there. They harassed me for resigning and would not let me out of the lease early despite all the issues and problems they caused. RUN AWAY don't walk. Finally if you do go to visit Don't SIGN ANYTHING FOR ANY REASON! They will sneak in a lease agreement and they will have you legally bound to an apartment even though you haven't agreed to anything. This happened to 2 of my neighbors. Good luck! read more
