No electric tools were used. All nails were shaped perfectly and the polish application was on point. My only gripe would be it takes a little longer than I'm used to. But with that being said I will take that due to the quality. Price wise about $20 more than my other establishment. I'm not sure why this location asked, because they didn't seem to follow anything I wrote. This was for my boyfriend's birthday and his name was not on the sign when we walked in, despite me listing that in the paperwork. In the past for my birthday, I have also gotten a card. But nothing here. My boyfriend also didn't want his feet touched and that was also listed in the paperwork. Unfortunately that was not followed. We were brought to our locker rooms and they were clean, had our names and chocolates in the lockers. Very nice touch! Our robe sizes and slides were also in our lockers. There is a large shower, 2 bathroom stalls and vanity with make up lighting. We then walked to the lobby area. This was where we started to have thoughts. Employees were talking in full volume. Not very relaxing. They also kept coming in and out of the room, talking, stocking snacks constantly! Again not very relaxing. The water was nice with a lemon. My boyfriend went to get water for hot tea but the water was room temp. Not very comforting. The massages were nice. I had Ingrid and she was lovely! She did a great job and was soft in speaking during the massage. My boyfriend said his massage therapist was talking at normal volume and didn't find it as relaxing. Afterwards we said in the lobby area again. In my opinion, the fireplace at maple grove is more welcoming and comforting. This place had what looked like a diffuser and eventually it turned off and started beeping. Again not relaxing. The lobby area is also larger at the maple grove location. This location left me a bit perplexed as to why the reviews are better here than at the maple grove location....

By Friday (2 days later) my nails were already starting to chip and crack. It is now Sunday (4 days later) and this is how they look. Usually a dip mail lasts anywhere from 3-4 weeks where I usually go. Very disappointed that I spend wya more than I usually do for nails that have lasted me 4 days. Also- forgot to add. The nails have been disintegrating off as well. They will chip and then continue to disintegrate (ex. The pointer finger in the first picture).

At one pint she clipped my skin and I jumped backward and she made me feel like I did something wrong because she told me I scared her several times and told me not to move. So I said "it hurt" like sorry it was an instinct reaction, I'm not sure what else to tell you, then she replied with "it's dirty in there" like ok but you still hurt me quite a bit. The other thing I disliked was that they didn't seem very friendly and at one point some ladies were waiting in the front after they picked out their color of polish, weren't bothering anybody, but just standing in the front talking and waiting. One of the woman very harshly yelled across the place to them to sit down, so they did. Then about 2 min later the same lady clapped at them and again, harshly and almost annoyed sounding, told them to go to their pedicure chair. She actually clapped at them.
