Open, free filtered water, many different reading materials, free WiFi, good oldies music playing overhead. There's even candy, gum balls you can buy to help a local charity The large restroom is also available in the waiting room to use without going thru the private inner doors. This branch can be seen from Immokalee road, a corner unit, you can also easily spot it in this one story business strip of suites. Nearby are many restaurants and a Public if you need to kill time waiting for someone Inside the hallways are large and accessible space to fit many wheel chairs at a time strolling down the aisle if necessary. The changing rooms are clean, bright, big lockers and roomy. There are mirrors and a locker with keys ready for use. No curtain here, there are real doors with locks. Another large restroom is adjacent to the dressing rooms and more seating with reading materials. There are even large drawer like lockers for your shoes and additional items. Kudos to whoever planned and built this place. You feel cared for at a time you are anxious and vulnerable. The environment is comfortable and eases tensions Staff is professional and friendly. Extras are found at every turn. Like upon laying down on the machine, I see on the ceiling a soothing light fixture with blue skies and white clouds above me. She had NO voice, I could not understand any of what she was telling me, or asking me. We were reduced to hand motions, that in itself is concerning. If you cannot communicate with patients, you probably shouldn't be working. I expressed my displeasure on the way out that I was not given an option to reschedule or to go with another tech. They already had taken my money before she came out with her mask on, so I was kind of over a barrel. No apology was given. Five days later, I became extremely sick with significant respiratory symptoms. I cannot know where or from whom I contracted my illness, so I am not claiming that ProScan was the source. However, the timing was concerning. In a healthcare setting, I expect stronger precautions when an employee appears to have respiratory symptoms and is working in close contact with patients. I hope ProScan takes this concern seriously and reviews its policies for protecting patients and staff. There are lots of other places to go to have your imaging done.

Blood was taken and never tested!!! It was still on the desk when we left. After getting a shot she was asked to eat some food to see if she can tolerate it! Female nurse Gabby was my day nurse for two days. Gabby repeatedly asked me if I was naked under my gown. On more than one occasion, as I was getting back into bed with assistance, felt my calf and told me how much she liked them. At one point, as I was getting up to go to the bathroom, again with assistance, she told me that if ai felt dizzy, I could "grab her ass". If the genders in this story were reversed, this nurse would be in jail. As things stand now, the Hospitals Patient Liaison has told me that she filed a complaint on this issue. They will not provide me with Gabby's full name or license number so that I can file a complaint with the Florida Board of Nursing. I have asked more than once for some kind of documentation regarding this complaint that she tells me she filed, but they continue to ignore me. I have been in contact since this experience With other doctors, medical professionals and the local news station. I am not letting this go after being ignored. Do not ever go the this hospital for any kind of care. You will be ignored and mistreated and then ignore again when you try and advocate for yourself.

Everyone looks pissed off and they snapped at everyone they speak to. You walk in and they won't even talk to you unless you sign in and sit down. I needed to ask if I was in the right location and they wouldn't even speak to me Then my mom went in for her X-ray and the tech literally threw her leg around, making her stand without her walker along with bending her knee well past 90 degrees. The young women are rude, and lack any sort of professionalism or compassion especially for the elderly patients. They are curt, unfriendly, and treat patients with disdain. I am surprised that NCH employees these people as the first ones to "assist" and check in patients. Its no wonder their Google reviews are awful. If you want a stress free experience I recommend driving a little further to the one in Bonita!

They have the mammogram equipment and every piece of equipment needed in the building. There is no need to worry. I found a lump under my arm. Within a couple days I met with Dr. Parker for a tele health appt and then a mammo, ultrasound and pap. I called to ask for the medication for the cyst which Doc Parker offered because she looked at it over the computer with our speedy tele health appt.
