This was the worst radiology experience I've ever had. I was instructed to arrive 20 minutes early, which I did, then waited 30 minutes to be processed by someone who couldn't figure out how to use their admin system. The MRI team was running 2 hours behind, but no one was considerate enough to notify me to arrive late, so I sat for over 2 hrs in a freezing cold waiting room before being taken back for the MRI. The radiology tech (Stacy) was unpleasant, grumpy, and had a shameful bedside manner. She said she would turn the music on and give me updates while I was in the tube for a long procedure. Not only did she never turn the music on, but she left at the end of her shift without a word about a new tech finishing up. I will never return and recommend avoiding this facility. read more

Radiology Regional I had a very frustrating experience with this radiology company. I initially scheduled a soft tissue ultrasound of my wrist and two X-rays, and the first available appointment was nearly two months out. Then, just two days before, they rescheduled my appointments. On the day of the new appointment, I arrived on time for a 7:45 a.m. ultrasound. After waiting until 8:15 a.m., I asked about the delay and was informed that they do not perform ultrasounds at any of their locations. I was also told my X-ray appointment was not until 11:15 a.m., which had never been clearly communicated. Since I was already there, I requested to have the X-rays done sooner. The supervisor said they would try to fit me in, but after waiting again with no updates, I was eventually told they only had one technician handling multiple types of tests and that he was running far behind. After spending hours waiting without receiving any service, I requested a refund and left without completing any of the tests. Overall, the experience showed poor scheduling, lack of communication, and a disregard for patients' time. read more

R.R. asked me to arrive 20 minutes early to register, which I did. I was then seated in the waiting room to be called by a tech. Several others who were seated after I was, were called for their procedure. I waited and waited.....40 minutes! and still not called. My time is valuable too, so I left and won't be back. read more

Everyone was friendly and answered all questions. Easy to book appointments and get an appointment that fits my schedule.

I filled out paperwork online, like they asked. I had an 1115a appointment. I was in and out in 6 minutes!! They were very kind and considerate and very efficient! read more

Disappointed and frustrated that this facility did not send my MRI results to my physician as requested by me and promised by the desk people there. They may not realize or care but pancreatic cancer is a very serious illness. Timeliness is important. You are getting paid to do your job. Do it and do it promptly! read more

I've been to Radiology Regional several times this year for MRIs and ultrasounds. The front desk staff has always been welcoming and professional, and most of the techs I've worked with have been wonderful--kind, patient, and attentive. I did have one less positive experience with a tech, but overall, the quality of care and service here has been consistently excellent. read more

Do not schedule tests here unless you have no choice in places to go. They have not scheduled the correct test for me twice in a row. They also have failed to get pre-authorization with my insurance twice in a row. This is the worst run business that I have ever encountered. read more

I was seen at the North Naples location same day as the referral from my doctor. This was especially helpful to me as it was fairly late on a Friday in the middle of the holidays. The staff was fantastic, especially Armando, who prepped me and Christina (sp?) who administered the CAT scan itself. read more

I scheduled an appointment for early June in May. Nobody took me through the length (2.5h) ...but more about it later. The day before the appointment they called and said the machined broke off and they need to move it by 10 days to another facility. I had to reschedule the doctor appointment to review the results to the last day before her vacation and agree to that. Then two dasy before the new appointment they moved time and told me it had to be 2.5hours. I had to cancel several work meetings including arranging for taping a video for opening a big event. Then next day they cancelled and offered a day 10 days out. I had to cancel and look elsewhere....I cannot imagine a place more disrespectful to their clients and patients needs. My care is delayed now by 2 months - first by radiology, next for waiting for my doctor to return. read more

Great experience, except for the woman sitting at the front desk, who is rude and refused to answer my question as to whether I had checked in properly. Robotically, she continued to answer sit down until you're called. Everyone else that the facility was terrific and I would've rated it higher but for the one poor person doing a very poor job at the front desk. read more

Wasted time and ruined mood. In the morning I was scheduled for a mammogram, filled out all the paperwork online. I arrived 30 minutes early, at the appointed time they don't call me, I went to find out how long the delay is, since I have to go to work. The employees are sleepy, they answer with favor that they don't know how long the delay is, the answer is one sit and wait. At the same time, other clients, like me, don't understand how long to wait. We call the manager, but she is not there. We ask the manager's name, they don't say the last name, they only said the name Kristi. I left since it is not known how long to wait, there is no way. I will do it in another clinic, thanks for wasted time. read more

My first ultrasound to see my baby was scheduled easily through their scheduling department- with whom I've had no issues with they've been really kind. The veterans park staff isn't the kindest however. Upon arrival for my first appointment I was walked to a room (with my husband) and told from the get go that he was not allowed in the room. I asked her 3 times why this was the case and wasn't given an answer. She had him sit in a chair in the hallway. Once the ultrasound began she was so silent I began to think something was wrong. I generally am not a worrier but the type of silence I was receiving was worrying. My husband was allowed into the room for the last 10 seconds of the appointment (baby wasn't very large there wasn't much to see I totally understand that) but there was no reason he shouldn't have been allowed in from the beginning. It seemed to me as though she just didn't want another person "looking over her shoulder". I saw the screen for a whole 2 seconds before we were escorted out. After this experience I asked for a different tech from the scheduling department they assured me that they would make a note on my file because I was booking so far out that schedules hadn't been set yet. They said to call the office before just to double check before the appointment. So- a week out from the appointment I called veterans park office. To which I was greeted with the most welcoming response from Wendy (sarcasm). She picked up the phone from the get go with sass. She must have had a horrible day and needed someone to take it out on- because dang. I asked about my appointment time and she said there was nothing she could do to ensure I didn't have the same tech and she didn't know why I had been told I would be scheduled with someone different because it was "impossible to know". Needless to say- there are plenty of other offices to choose from- don't go to this one. read more

Originally, I had no issues and went for my second annual mammogram. I waited the full year to be eligible on my Medicare and Secondary insurance. I was shocked to get an email and a paper bill telling me I owed for this exam. They had all my coverage information and even confirmed when I checked in. There is absolutely no customer service for billing. You have to leave a message and they tell you it might take 3 business days to get a call back. It is now 6 business days. I tried again and left another voicemail. How could a company like this have no customer service for billing??? Only for scheduling. If I don't get a call back this week correcting this error I will never go back. read more

this is the last time I will ever use Regional Radiology. MRI was done on a Tuesday stat and it's Friday. 3-4 days is not acceptable. There's a lot of competition and they failed the test. read more

I was able to get the Ultrasound I needed done. But from the get go, it is difficult to get signed in on their lobby computers....and just about impossible to get the results. I have been on the phone multiple times and even returned in person. I was told 2 weeks out, they were still "editing". When I go to the portal, it says NO RESULTS. i still don't have results. They tell me I can make yet another 50 minute round trip to their facility and they can print me a copy. if I weren't in medicine, I would think this is modus operandI. But it is not. It is poor customer service. read more
