If I could give no stars I would and here's why: I was scheduled for a CTscan on Monday 2/3. Two hours before my appointment I received a call stating "the machine went down". I was rescheduled for Wednesday, 2/5 at a different location. On 2/4, I recieved a call stating that "the machine was down" at the second location. I am now scheduled at a third location for 2/4. Waiting with baited breath for the call that "the machine is down". One time I get, but a second time at a different location? Really? Very embarrassing for ProScan. Oh, by the way, my appointment with my surgeon is scheduled for 2/6. I can't wait to see my physician and tell him this story and suggest he refer patients to a different radiology practice. read more

The best MRI facility in Naples, and unfortunately I've been to too many of them! Large, spacious waiting room with sunny glass doors. There's plenty of room when full of patients. Open, free filtered water, many different reading materials, free WiFi, good oldies music playing overhead. There's even candy, gum balls you can buy to help a local charity The large restroom is also available in the waiting room to use without going thru the private inner doors. This branch can be seen from Immokalee road, a corner unit, you can also easily spot it in this one story business strip of suites. Nearby are many restaurants and a Public if you need to kill time waiting for someone Inside the hallways are large and accessible space to fit many wheel chairs at a time strolling down the aisle if necessary. The changing rooms are clean, bright, big lockers and roomy. There are mirrors and a locker with keys ready for use. No curtain here, there are real doors with locks. Another large restroom is adjacent to the dressing rooms and more seating with reading materials. There are even large drawer like lockers for your shoes and additional items. Kudos to whoever planned and built this place. You feel cared for at a time you are anxious and vulnerable. The environment is comfortable and eases tensions Staff is professional and friendly. Extras are found at every turn. Like upon laying down on the machine, I see on the ceiling a soothing light fixture with blue skies and white clouds above me. I hope I don't need anymore tests but if I do, you bet I would request to return here read more

The imaging centers would get five stars for technology, service and facilities. However, the appointment center gets zero. They don't answer their phones. Maybe if you wait long enough, you'll get a message that says to leave a message and they will get back to you in a few hours. They did not get back to me. I had to leave another message another day and they finally responded a day later. I finally drove to the imaging center to make my own appointment with the receptionist. Why would they allow such high investment medical technology centers to be at the mercy of a minimum wage call center makes no business sense. The doctors who refer me to Proscan and the receptionists at ProScan all know that the call center is very poor. They just shrug their shoulders. read more

It took forever to make an appointment. The process of the scan was ok , although I was missing the questions regarding my health situation, like "do you have any metal implants" etc. The form I had to fill out was just useless and not complete. I had 3 surgeries on my lower back in August 2023. The first one got messed up and needed two more surgeries to correct but the pain is now more severe than before. The last MRI on Aug.13,2023 mentioned a suspicion of CES. Since my legs start feeling like paralized and numb, I want to know what's going on, but your administration is not cooperative at all and said they only send reports to a doctor. Got my appointment, told the techs my name, had questions as they were whipping me around with no compassion or tenderness. I had questions and told them I have injuries to be slower and that my poses were shaking, and was yelled at, and I quote, "Ma am! Ma am, We know what we are doing! I had a question about how I was being posed because it hurt, and again with the yelling "Ma am!" I told her twice, do not call me Ma am, as I do have a name. Then she (Beatriz was her name) yelled at me and said now lets do your ankle and get rid of you!" I have never been so insulted by such an abusive "professional" in my life. She said she was training a student, but I think she is the one that needs to be retrained to learn the first thing called RESPECT. Does the world owe her a living? I think not. Also she told me that they don't have to wear name tags, when I asked why no one has a name tag and if they do, they are turned around so you can't see them.I was close to tears when I left? I guess this is the world today. I will pray for this individual. Expect nothing but abuse when you go there. It's the next day, and I am still feeling violated by this woman. It was a nightmarish experience that I shouldn't have had to endure. I still can't believe how she was allowed to behave to a patient like that. She was downright abusive both verbally and physically. Before when I have gone in there years ago, they were kind and patient and offered support if I had a question. This woman didn't want to to hear anything I needed to tell her about the pain of the positioning while being xrayed. How can they hire people like this?! Last Nov. I went to the Bonita Springs location for an MRI with contrast. OMG!!! it hurt like all get out. Tho she claims its all she does and is very good at the insertion, she had no sympathy for the fact that my veins are thin and they roll. She just stuck me in the vain by my thumb and I bout jumped off the table. It hurt the entire time I layed on the table. I felt a sense of helplessness. There needs to be better training in the way of needle insertions at NCH as well as Pro Scan. A patient is already in enough distress, without feeling like just another number to bill out. What ever happen to care and quality of Care.? BTW. my vein still hurts from that incident. And since I am right handed, its even worst.!!! read more

I don't know how anyone gets scheduled for anything. I have been calling all week, today is my 4th time and no one is answering the phone. I even left my call back number and never received a call back after 4 days. I was on hold over 2 hours yesterday. I have hit every number to see if anyone answers and all it does is toss me in a queue indefinitely!!! This is so frustrating. They should just tell everyone to stop wasting their time and come to the office to schedule or find another scan place. If they are that short staffed they should hire temps or an answering service to help. read more

For years, I have had a 4 cm (about 2 inches) tumor on my kidney. I had a renal ultrasound, and the tech completely missed it.

Arrived for my appointment twenty minutes early. No one greeted me, nor even looked up from their computers. I signed in on the sign in sheet ( pink tear apart). After waiting and seeing clients come in, get serviced and leave, for over forty five minutes, I again went up to the counter, with no one acknowledging me. After getting someone's attention, she said it was fault that I did not sign in. Another employee asked what the problem was and the first clerk, said she signed in on the white. Of course none of this was true. She then gave me papers to complete. When I handed them back to her, she gave me a sarcastic response. At this point in time, I have been there waiting over an hour. The technician, did his best to get me serviced promptly, but the lack of professionalism was not acceptable. read more

Terrible scheduling. I can never get through on a call. Often, I dial a number that says it's not in service, even though the drs office gave it to me. The people at the office are nice. Professional and quick, but scheduling feels lost in the days of switchboards and smoke signals. read more

Asked for a thyroid protection wrap. The technician placed it on my neck backwards. She did not want to use it as she said it could require her to take Addl. Images. Her name was Anna. When I asked her about it being backwards, she said that you can wear it either way....:which I believe was not true! I stupidly just wore the wrap backwards. Asked my doctor and he said that she lied! It's my body and I should be able to choose if I want to protect my thyroid or not even though I read that many radiologists believe that they are unnecessary. read more

I will not be patronizing this company again if I can help it, and I caution others to reconsider using them as well. This conglomerate is so disconnected, they've lost their vision as a medical provider. Scheduling is a nightmare. Personnel are rude and dispassionate. An abundance of phone numbers are offered for help: none produce results. You're on hold indefinitely with awful music, or asked to leave a message and no one calls back. Some numbers are answered by overseas call centers and they pertain to other businesses not Proscan. They have so many firewalls the corporate office is unavailable to the general public (ie. patients). Matt in IT was my bad experience. I was given a CD of my CT which was useless for my personal records. I have comorbidity and travel. Having usable images of my CT is imperative. I was given a huge runaround, delays, and connected to systems incompatible with my equipment. My request to have them sent as an email after all the other failures, resulted in Matt being officious, discourteous, talking over me, treating me hideously and hanging up on me. He has no business overseeing that department. I have not had this kind of experience securing my medical records from other providers. Not worth the effort or headache with this facility. read more

This is a wonderful place. I've been to any number of labs and have never been very impressed. these folks are setting new standards for the industry. Not only were they extremely efficient but they were ultra polite. The even helped a wheel chair patient out to his car and helped him make the transfer. No that's being really nice. read more

In the past I have used NCH. Not only do they not call you to schedule the scan after the MD orders it. They frequently don't return you calls. My husband and I have both had multiple scans at Proscan recently and I just had my mammogram done. They called us the same day our doctor put n the order. They are so pleasant there. I have anxiety with MRI but my technician made the procedure so pleasant By keeping me informed the entire time. read more

I have gone there many times but On July 14th I got an MRI and while in there someone broke into my car and stole my handicap sticker in the parking lot which was bad enough but yesterday I found out someone stole my insurance info( which I only gave to the girl at the front desk on that day which was the only time in the last 2 years I needed to show it)and charged bills in Miami to me which means they got my driver's license as well. Appoinment for US THYROID was scheduled for 2:45. I have come to work at 5:30 am to accomodate the Ultrasound. Got to the place at 2:30. While I'm writing this it's already 4:05 and nobody had the courtesy to say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience/delay ...." And then lo and behold after an hour and 35 minutes it's finally my turn! Got the test done in less than 5 minutes! What a freaking waste of time!!! Just not so acceptable! Soooo furious!!! What part of Customer service does this situation apply to? From the initial phone call for information to the actual procedure it was an excellent process. Extremely helpful over the phone gathering payment options and procedure details. Very flexible appointment times (They are open to 11pm!). Jenn was super helpful on the day of our Appt. guiding us through the forms and setting my Wife's expectations. Albert, our Tech, was not only professional and comforting but also hilarious. My wife can have anxiety issues but not here. A stress free process. The results from the 3T scanner were amazing. The best thing of all was the price was significantly lower than anyone else in town. Trust me, we did our shopping. Kudos to ProScan! read more
