Contacting proscan via the phone for any reason is impossible !!!! Wait times (on 6 different days…read moreand times ) was over 20 minutes. It was longer than waiting for any govt agencies !!! If you want to talk to someone ... be prepared to drive to the location and speak to receptionist at the desk. Phone communication is non existent You pay a lot for treatment and get nothing for your money regarding customer service for getting results Very poor phone service !!!! Note - hire and train more phone staff !!!

Open, free filtered water, many different reading materials, free WiFi, good oldies music playing overhead. There's even candy, gum balls you can buy to help a local charity The large restroom is also available in the waiting room to use without going thru the private inner doors. This branch can be seen from Immokalee road, a corner unit, you can also easily spot it in this one story business strip of suites. Nearby are many restaurants and a Public if you need to kill time waiting for someone Inside the hallways are large and accessible space to fit many wheel chairs at a time strolling down the aisle if necessary. The changing rooms are clean, bright, big lockers and roomy. There are mirrors and a locker with keys ready for use. No curtain here, there are real doors with locks. Another large restroom is adjacent to the dressing rooms and more seating with reading materials. There are even large drawer like lockers for your shoes and additional items. Kudos to whoever planned and built this place. You feel cared for at a time you are anxious and vulnerable. The environment is comfortable and eases tensions Staff is professional and friendly. Extras are found at every turn. Like upon laying down on the machine, I see on the ceiling a soothing light fixture with blue skies and white clouds above me. I hope I don't need anymore tests but if I do, you bet I would request to return here

Then she comes back to tell me that her superior says that we don't do this test here. She leaves again and comes back to say that there is one tech that does do this test can be done tomorrow by a certain technician. So I go set up the appointment at the desk. They give me the next day at 10:30. I show up and they tell me it's the following day. I said no, I triple checked the date. I said who booked this. Let me speak to the manager. Finally, one young woman says that she tried to call me to tell me it's been changed to the next day. I asked if she left a message on my phone. "No, we don't do that". It's takes me 25 minutes to get to this place,! They do not have their act together!!! Horrible

I am…read moreseverely claustrophobic and have had many MRIs over the years- with eyes covered praying the Rosary where I thought my heart would jump out of my chest from anxiety, an open MRI where you can see to the side but the machine is still right in your face, premedication with 1 mg of Xanax 3 hours before and a second 1 mg an hour before that worked as I don't even remember having the MRI, though my driver assured me I did, but I felt terrible all day after. The 3T magnet is powerful enough that the machine doesn't need to be inches from your face, see photo. Talk to your doctor, but I had a great stress free experience.

Everyone looks pissed off and they snapped at everyone they speak to. You walk in and they won't even talk to you unless you sign in and sit down. I needed to ask if I was in the right location and they wouldn't even speak to me Then my mom went in for her X-ray and the tech literally threw her leg around, making her stand without her walker along with bending her knee well past 90 degrees. She came out crying and white as a ghost. Shame on you. Completely unacceptable behavior from the tech who bashed my mom's surgeon and was very flippant with her. Do not use this facility -period!

When an influx of people arrive at the same time, the two young women in the front get very busy and extremely flustered, but their are 3 other people sitting on their computers behind the desk not doing anything to help. The young women are rude, and lack any sort of professionalism or compassion especially for the elderly patients. They are curt, unfriendly, and treat patients with disdain. I am surprised that NCH employees these people as the first ones to "assist" and check in patients. Its no wonder their Google reviews are awful. If you want a stress free experience I recommend driving a little further to the one in Bonita!

At about 11:15, 1 hour after my appointment time, I was told there was an emergency, really for an MRI, and it would 10 minutes. I asked again after 20 more minutes, and then they started getting nasty. FINALLY at 12:10, more then 2 hours after I checked in, I walked out. If they knew, that were so far behind, I should have been told this when I arrived, orbst the very least, after I was waiting,I shouldn't have questioned my appointment time... I had an appointment today at the ProScan Women's Imaging on Vanderbilt beach road. They were rude,…read moreunprofessional! They required me to bring my prior reports and CD prior to my appointment. That was 2 weeks ago. When I arrived today I was informed that my order was for a sonogram of 1 breast and that they refused to do the procedure. They knew this for 2 weeks and didn't bother to call me or the drs office. When I asked for my personal paperwork back, they refused. I had to demand to speak to the manager to get my information back- they also couldn't find my CD- until I yelled at the manager and demanded my information back. The company should take a look at this beautiful, but terribly run facility. Run!!! Don't go to this facility!!
