I talked to the other tech and was advised to go to someone and see if it could be removed. NO ONE wants to touch this mess. I got my money back from the spa but I have to walk around with 2 different liners that I always have to keep filling in to try and make them look equal. I don't know about facials or other services offered there but STAY CLEAR of the tech that ruined my liner.
