Extremely Disappointed…read more I never had an issue with Prime MD, but unfortunately, since Lee Health took over, my experience has gone completely downhill. They have changed my primary care doctor multiple times because, apparently, my previous doctors were suddenly no longer in-network. I understand that insurance networks change, but what happened this time was completely unacceptable: I was dropped as a patient without being notified. I had prescriptions that were originally provided through their office, and now that one of them has expired, I'm unable to get my birth control refilled because I no longer have a PCP there. I was told I would have to pay $300-$500 out of pocket just to get a prescription refill elsewhere. When I asked why patients aren't notified when the practice stops accepting their insurance, the response I received from the person on the phone was simply, "I don't know what to tell you." That is not an acceptable way to treat patients. If you are going to stop accepting someone's insurance and remove them from your practice, patients should be properly notified and given enough time to establish care with another provider, especially when they have ongoing prescriptions. I am now left without a PCP and scrambling to get a medication refilled on time because of a change I was never informed about. Very disappointing experience with Lee Health.

Dr. Bloy with technical excellence sutchered the slits closed, monitored the progress and a few weeks later after new tissue formed was able to repeirce the ears with new earrings. I cannot recommend him enough. He is very kind, explained the procedure in detail, and gave me quick healing tips. The place is immaculate (both the Ft. Myers and Naples offices), the staff very kind and responsive (texting me appointment reminders) and its just been a wonderful experience. According to Cigna, attempting to collect a balance the insurer says the patient does not owe is not allowed, but he insisted on billing me anyway. He also has no billing department and told me he handles all billing himself, which I know leads to errors. He has other reviews where people claim fraud. Instead of correcting his errors, he became defensive and hostile with me. My visit was in 2023, but because he made a mistake in billing, he tried to fix it two years later. Cigna confirmed this was a billing issue on his end, not mine, and that I owe nothing. Yet, he still sends me a bill from a visit 2 years ago with threats of collections. Despite that, he argued, called names, and responded in ways I have never experienced from a medical professional. The communication was extremely unprofessional. Based on my experience, I have reported him to the appropriate agencies. I would strongly advise others to use caution when choosing this provider. The billing practices, communication, and attitude were all major red flags for me.
