In December of 2015 my wife and myself moved back to Florida.Needing a Doctor I do as always and look, research,read reviews.We found Dr B and decided that her office would be the one for us. We became patients and were very happy with the care in the beginning.Anytime we had an appt we saw Dr B and her only.
As time progressed we were pawned off to Kelly Fenimore and from about mid 2016 we never were seen by Dr B again instead becoming a patient of Kelly's.Although we do not have anything negative to say about Kelly and her treatments administered to us, here is what recently transpired.
On or about 7/15 I called and left an urgent message for Kelly through leaving a voicemail for Mark who is her assistant.I informed him via voicemail that my wife was experiencing excruciating pain in all of her joints, extremely bad migraines that wouldn't go away and to please have Kelly call us immediately.I repeated that voicemail for several days, approximately 4 voicemails of the same tone on 4 different days.I NEVER GOT A CALLBACK FROM MARK OR KELLY!!!!!!!!!! So we were left no choice but to go to the E.R. on 2 separate occasions to try to see what was wrong with her.
So as anyone would do when your own Doctor's office refuses to return urgent messages we sought the care of another Doctor for my wife.Although it is a longer drive to Cape Coral it is well worth the drive.He is the ONLY ONE WHO SEE'S HIS PATIENTS,no P.A's,Doctor stand in's,Nurse Practitioners,just the Doctor himself.She is now in the care of a very caring doctor's office that isn't plastered with commercialization for a bunch of nonsense treatments that all they do is drain your pockets of Naples kind of money.In our 6 years of being associated with Dr B's office we have spent over $7,500.00 for nonsense pellets, peptides,expensive pills and prescriptions for countless pills.
On 7/22 both myself and my wife tested positive for Covid and have been home since then.
So now the irony of it all,TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OFFICE WOULDNT YOU KNOW THAT OUR PEPTIDES HAD COME IN AND WE OWE $987.00 FOR THEM!!! They finally called after 15 days only because they wanted to collect our money. FOR ALL THEY KNEW MY WIFE COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD BY NOW.Can you imagine what that makes you feel like that in a time of need when you should be able to pick up the phone and call your Doctor to ask for advice, schedule an emergency visit, just talk to your Doctor you cant because they seemingly are grossly incompetent or just don't care.
So my personal advice is if you are seeking a Doctors office of old-fashioned care , you know the one you call at anytime day or night and reach him/her then Dr B's practice is NOT THE ONE!!!!!!!
P.S.-if it was my office Mark would be terminated immediately as well as Kelly for neglecting to at least return 1 phone call for help.Terrible practice unless you are a Wealthy Naples resident then surely you would get the help you need.
