I contacted this company on 4/30, 5/1 twice and 5/4 three times. I was informed by Chris that $651.99 included 50% was for the job to be done I.e. material, tools; 40% stays in the business I.e. insurance coverage, tech experience, training, and background check; 10% is the goal of the company i.e. goes to company profit. The best I was offered was a 10% discount. After speaking to 2 plumbers they both indicated how outrageous the charge for a simple replacement of a garbage disposal was. This service I was charged took at most an hour to an hour and a half which is not reflected on the invoice. No arrival or departure time noted. A one year warranty was given at time of service. I selected a 1 star only because zero was not an available choice.

My installer was Jaime V., who had great knowledge and a friendly attitude. He caught a small leak in his work and fixed it. As we all know, some would have just left; however, Jaime wanted to leave with everything fixed. I have had this water heater for just a few hours.
