I also liked that I called at 8 am, and by 2:30 pm, I had a new hot water heater installed. I don't think I received the best "deal" I could get on the water heater. I could have saved some bucks. However, with this installation, I received a 10-year warranty from the company, and they will come out and service the water heater for a small extra amount. My installer was Jaime V., who had great knowledge and a friendly attitude. He caught a small leak in his work and fixed it. As we all know, some would have just left; however, Jaime wanted to leave with everything fixed. I have had this water heater for just a few hours.
