I think this is a disgruntle employee and there is more behind the story. I just had a Tesla charger put in my garage by Eric's Electrical Service. I must say from the first phone call to the next (I had to reschedule) the staff was beyond helpful. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. I think it was Niki that I spoke with (sorry if I messed up on that name). I was scheduled for 8 am - 8:30 am and Will showed up right at 8 am.
