I called his business at 4 PM at first I only got to submit a request and I left a message on their phone. I called back five minutes later and got a real person. I explain my situation with my garage door. The receptionist told me that within one hour A technician would be sent to my location. It was raining lightning and thunder going on. Within 20 minutes a technician I believe his name was Mike was knocking on my door. Mike told me that he could not work in the rain at the moment but that he standby if it would calm down. II explain to him I would leave it up to him if he wanted to standby or they could come back tomorrow. The rain finally calmed down and Mike knocked on my door and told me he would get started. Two hours later Mike was knocking back on my door explaining he had accomplished his work. I thought I had only a broken a bolt but come to find out that a spring Ihad actually been broken and had to be replaced. Mike replace the spring and turn up the entire garage door fixture. He remove the broken parts and cleaned up the work area.
