Absolutely would not recommend this company. What started as an exciting impact window and door…read moreproject turned into a stressful experience filled with installation concerns, unfinished repairs, and poor communication. We dealt with improperly waterproofed window openings, recessed window installs, damaged exterior trim, and unfinished drywall/stucco work. One window was ordered the wrong size and instead of replacing it properly, a 2x4 was added beneath the window and the original sill was reinstalled on top. We had two separate GCs inspect portions of the work who both expressed concerns with the installation quality and waterproofing details. Despite bringing these concerns forward multiple times, the company refused to correct what we believed were installation-related issues.

Thank You for Your Outstanding Professionalism and Service…read more Hello Kimberly, Now that we have reached the finish line on this proposal, I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the outstanding job you have done throughout this entire process. As you know, I spoke with numerous garage door companies before selecting Garage Doors by Roy North. While many contractors were willing to provide a quote, very few were willing to listen to a customer's concerns, answer detailed questions, or work cooperatively to address the documentation requirements associated with the My Safe Florida Home Program. From our first conversation, you approached every question professionally, patiently, and with a genuine willingness to help. Rather than treating my requests as an inconvenience, you took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and worked diligently to ensure the proposal reflected the information necessary for my project and grant documentation. Your responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company for this important investment in my home. The effort you put into revising, clarifying, and consolidating the proposal went far beyond what any other company would have done, and I truly appreciate it. In today's business environment, it is refreshing to work with a company that still believes in fairness, professionalism, and taking care of its customers. While there may be many companies capable of installing a garage door, not every company demonstrates the level of integrity, cooperation, and customer focus that I experienced with Garage Doors by Roy North. Please extend my appreciation to everyone involved in helping bring this project together. You and your company have earned my trust, my respect, and my future recommendations. I will gladly recommend Garage Doors by Roy North to friends, neighbors, fellow veterans, and anyone looking for a quality garage door company that stands behind its work and truly cares about its customers. Thank you again for all of your hard work, patience, and professionalism. It has been a pleasure working with you. Sincerely Elbert Zeigler
