This company is not the same company as that I hired 4 years ago. For the last 18 months I had…read moreconcerns I brought them up to them and they basically ignored me. Shame on me for being trusting. There tech does the monthly service never brings a ladder with him to check the tank as in and out in 4 minutes. When I hired them to install and service my system the original tech spent about 15 to 20 minutes at my house checking the float filter changes etc. never an issue. So obviously not the same service.. the straw that broke the camel's back was I was away and when I returned I found that I had no water.. pressure switch failed no big deal. I removed the filter to find it was completely dry. My question is how do you check the quality of water if you never ran the system so I decided to get someone else to check the water and paid for a water test and system overview and to my greatest concern they found bacteria in the water in the house as was as a super low PH in the tank and in the house that I can only assume caused damage to my fixture and water heater.. I spoke to them and of course they said everything was fine.. I hired a second company to do the same test two days after the first company came out and found the exact same issue. Unfortunately this company is all about taking your money and not doing the service you paid for. Good luck if you decide to use them.
