Your option is identify the leaking pipe; cut through your flooring and expose the pipe so you can repair or second option; repipe the entire house. We opted for the second choice acknowledging the risk of having to come back again and again to repair more leaks. The team showed up when expected; worked diligently to run pipe to every point with the goal of getting us back into our home soonest. What is notable is how the owners/managers are an integral part to the communication process. They're the ones that showed up early to open the house for the crews; they answered the phone when called; and drove out on a Sunday to 'check on progress.' One remarkable feat was getting the permit issued in record time and then having the inspection set for Monday morning which passed with flying colors, I might add!!!
