The kid that was sent to my home was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Best part was Pros Plumbing gave me the lowest quote of all three. I'd actually be fine if they charged more. In my opinion it's worth it. Don't even bother with some of these other jokers, they overcharge and don't know what they're doing. I had a home maintenance agreement, including plumbing and electric, and they came out several times and we're never able to truly identify the issue. I ended up reaching out to Pro Tec and I'm so glad I did. They immediately responded on a weekend and sent a gentleman who was a master plumber. Not only were they courteous when I called to make the appointment they confirmed it immediately via email, texted me when the tech was on his way along with a copy of his bio and photo, and the young man also called me to confirm he was on his way. Jordan patiently listened to the experience that I had been having did a comprehensive overview of the situation both inside my unit and outside at the drain sites and was finally able to determine the root cause of my problem. All of this was done within one hour. My experience with this firm was flawless, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with an air-conditioning issue or any type of plumbing issue. It was well worth the weekend service call fee.
