Just took out 2006 Ford Focus that was pretty scary dirty. They where reallllly busy on a Saturday, it took about 4 hours to clean, which is pretty reasonable. We just got the car back and it is clean beyond our expectations! I'm sure there was 12 years of dirt in that car and it looks brand new. 5 stars and well deserved. I had a full service detail done for the interior of my 4 door Acura Integra. I have not seen the fabric so clean (like new) since I have been the 3rd owner of the car. So I was headed from Downey to Manhattan Beach to get my 2015 Mustang detailed but someone told me to try this place because they do good work. I passed by for a quote and one of the friendly workers told me just to leave my car and they'd take care of it. I told the employee that if I left my car I wouldn't be there until way after they were closed to pick it up. He told me, no worries, the owner will leave the car inside and will wait for you. I arrived at 6:30 and my car was inside and the owner was waiting. +10 STARS for peace of mind!!! How many of you have had something stolen while your car was either being washed or at the dealer for service? This guy has BUT not here. Everything I had in my car stayed in my car and whatever items they found, they put in a plastic bag. They have great prices. I asked to have (my) sealant applied and for the car to be waxed. They included a clay at not additional cost. They'll use your products if that's what you prefer. They use microfiber rags to dry your car which will go a long way to help avoid swirl marks. Pros auto detailing have absolutely no pros working for them. I scheduled an appointment one week in advance for 2 cars, one full detail and one full tint. They have no seriousness in their appointment times, I arrived with both cars at 8am as agreed and was quoted one would be ready by 11am the other by 4pm. Well none of that happened, both cars weren't "ready" until 7pm! Well beyond their closing time. The full detail was mediocre, they even forgot to clean the windshield from the inside. The tint was horrific, I specifically asked for 20% tint all around, and when I pick it up it's lighter on the front passenger and driver windows to which the shop attendant said happened because the tint I had chosen was "too dark for me". Who are they to decide what is too dark for me! I paid for a service and I expect what I pay for. Not what the shop thinks I should have. To add insult to injury they did not remove the residue from the factory stickers they removed from the windows, they just slapped the tint right on top of it. I left after paying 300 for terrible work. I had to chase the owner Carlos the following week to at the very least call me back to fix the tint job, he was apologetic but didn't truly care about my problem and offered me a car wash as an apology. He gave me an appt yet again to fix the tint and low and behold I arrive and yup no tint guy here, I'm told to wait half hour until he arrives. 2 hours later It still isn't done. Save your money and your sanity and go elsewhere, I'm positive the swap meet would have better service and results at half the price than to deal with these suckas at "pros"..... after the owner felt compelled to lie about interactions that were never had I felt the need to add pictures to prove his lies. There was no security sticker. He removed it and left the glue as the pictures show. They also show the crap work they do at this place. They tinted the car poorly as the pictures show. You should be ashamed sir luckily for me I'm always ahead of the game and photographed your poor work. Hope this keeps Downey residents away from your terrible services. read more

Ok, I'm new to yelp, but I had to review this place. Pros auto detailing provides outstanding service with exceptional detail to craftsmanship. My car looks brand new, as if I had just driven it out of the dealership. The employees are great; fast and efficient. The owner, Carlos is very attentive and polite. I love their Keurig coffee maker, so make sure you have some coffee while you're waiting for your car. I've been bringing my car here for some time now...if you are looking for a great detailing place this is the spot. I can't wait to bring my son's car here for tinting. I come here once in a while for their baby detail, which is really a glamorized car wash; but for 25 bucks, I like that they wash your floor mats. They'll also remove minor stains from your seats if you ask them. They use a polishing spray to polish the outside paneling of your car. Came here on an afternoon and got turned away because they were "too busy", apparently 2 cars ahead of you is considered "busy" by their standards. I have been so impressed that I have even taken some of our specialty vehicles there to have them done. I went there several times I was very happy, until the 3rd visit I had my convertible washed. The tech pushed the front driver door forward so fast that it became stuck forward under the headliner . We had to call AAA to have it towed to the dealership, it cost us several hundred to get it unhooked due to the fast motion making it stuck forward, we were unable to drive it. read more

What can I say besides "WOW." Took my car to a different place first, and they wanted $250 to do the interior of my car. I then brought my car here and they charged me $105. The guys were backed up and were still nice enough to take my car and do a great job. I had gum stains and dirt from hiking. Best $110 I have ever spent. My g35 black paint had so many scratches and looked so dull even after trying to detail it myself. I know these guys put in alot of work to make my black paint look almost brand new again. I was so close to just getting a new paint job. After the detailing at Pro Auto though there is no need to.
