First time coming here. When coming out of my car, I approached one of the men and he asked if "I was looking for someone?" With the smirk look, as if I really was looking for someone around there and no intention of washing my car. I told him "I wanted to wash my car." And they went on to wash and i paid at the end. But that question from the Hispanic guy that asked me was irrelevant when your coming to car wash. I don't know if there is women drama with some of the workers and assumed I was one of the girls coming by but that stuck to me and felt uncomfortable. Whoever the owner is, I understand you can't control your workers words, just don't allow them to do the talking if they don't know how. As a women, I won't come back nor recommend my females here. I normally do not trust hand wash places, as the old adage "no one cares for yours like you do" tends to be true. Either the prices are over inflated for average work, or the prices are low for below average. I have to say when it comes to both, Pro's Auto Detailing exceeded all of my expectations and then some. After my coworker had his White Challenger handled by them, he wouldn't stop beaming and talking about the care they took. So I decided to fold. I try to take good care of my car (I mean I bought it right?), so I didn't think I needed anything more than their basic $15 dollar wash. I had just come back from Oregon, with 4 other people so my floors were a warzone, and my car must've been starving because on my way back down, my BMW ate every bug both known and unknown to man. And when I picked my baby back up, I was more than pleasantly surprised. When I got back in, they wiped the dash, power vacuumed the seats, as well as leaving my tires and exterior shinin' like a brand new quarter. I had to do a double take as my whip was so clean on the interior. Definitely going to go back to them every time I need my car handled, because they definitely were very professional (from start to finish). Note: I found that they use Lexol and use both the Cleaner and Conditioner on your leather seats. If you have leather, you know that if you use anything other than Lexol, you're wrong. Clearly the people at this company have a good taste. 10/10 will use them to detail my interior. read more

Took in my car for a mini detail on a very hot day. I was in a rush when I picked up the car so I didn't get an opportunity to inspect the work they did. After I left I noticed black spots on 3 of my wheels. I returned the next day to see if they could clean it off. The wheels were heavily stained with spots due to them spraying chemical degreaser while the wheel was hot. The worker had me contact the owner Carlos. Carlos was zero help. Carlos was very rude. He claimed zero responsibility to the damage. He had the nerve to tell me my brakes caused the rims to damage and coincidentally it happened to 3 rims at the same time but not the 4th. My assumption is they noticed the 3 wheels were chemically burned as they were getting to clean the last one and used a proper spray on the final one. Carlos refused to accept any liability to the damage and advised me to take him to court if I wanted to get it fixed then hung up on me and didn't answer any of my calls or messages afterwards. Replying to you Carlos. It wasn't like that before I took it in there. And coincidentally 3/4 happened cmon man. And after you hung up I said you F'd up Not as a threat To you but as a threat to write this review and expose you. And you will be taken to court by my insurance as u wished. You had opportunity to make it right and you brought this upon yourself. I would never bash your business or try to take advantage of it. Take responsibility of your workers errors. read more

Amazing job cleaned all the crumbs is all the small cracks and dust from the dash and gps. Even got the crumbs and dust from the gear shift. I hadn't had a car wash in s couple months so this was definitely amazing for me not having to point out what was missed as I usually do and their check-in deal was awesome as well. Glad I found this place on google which was just a short distance from my house and didn't take long. Glad they had an inside waiting area which was cool. Everybody was friendly including the owner. Scheduled an appointment based on reviews for a full detail. I have small children who tend to make a mess and my Ford Flex was in need of some major cleaning. I arrived at my scheduled time and was greeted by one of the guys that works here with a smile. I informed them that I would be back in 2 hours for my car and would run a few errands. Where to begin. I was looking for a detailing place on Yelp and thought this was a good place to risk it. Very wrong. I should've gone deeper into Yelp because all the 1 star reviews are accurate af. Dropped off my car around 1pm. Told them I wanted the works inside/out. He took a look inside and out and quoted $160. Because I was expecting top notch work, I agreed. He told me to pick it up at 5pm. Time goes by and it's now 4:50pm, so I decide to make my way down. I park and see they are not done so I don't bother or rush to get off but they do notice me. Waited about 30 min. Car is "done". Not even close. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I refused to pay $160 and they refused to hand me my keys. I said I'll pay half and even then, i thought it's too much. They called The boss Carlos. Carlos was okay and to be honest I just wanted to get the hell outta there. Hi my name is David and I got my car washed/detailed on Feb 2, 2017. I recently just got my GTI in Jan and the job done today made it look better than new. I got the $120 package which included a wash, polished wheels, a wax to protect the paint for 6 to 8 months, and a detailed interior. The Exterior wash/wax came out great. The wheels were nicely polished, and the the black paint came out looking better than before. The waxing job was greatly done and there were no water marks or waxing marks. it felt nice to the touch. The interior came with a leather treatment that should protect your leather seats and help keep them condition. I had a big dirt issue in the back seats due to the parking area at my lady's house. They cleaned that up so well that it didn't look anything happen back there. Overall I am very satisfied with the results of this wash. I greatly appreciate it and will be returning. read more

I constantly drive by and have been wanting to bring a truck that I knew needed to get washed and have some detail. So I called and inquired on the pricing. I was told that depending on the truck and how dirty it was the price would vary. I was given a range and while to me it was high, I knew that it would cost me the same anywhere else. When i brought the truck in, the range went up $50. I mentioned that to the guy (it was the same guy that gave me the pricing). However, I moved forward with the top of the line wash. I was told it would be ready by around 4pm. I called a little after 4 and got a recording that they were gone. No big deal. I get called around 5:30 and am told that the car has be ready. Because of the timing I said I would go back the following day. Next day comes and I go and pick up the truck. For the most part the outside of the body looks good. I was told that any little scratches would get removed. I did see that in some places and in others I didn't. But overall, it looked nice. I than noticed the rimes, those looked dirty. They looked like they had been washed with a pressure washer but not like anyone actually washed their hands to clean them. So I ask for a towel and proceed to start cleaning them. Sure enough, dirt starts coming off. The guy was nice and said that they would take care of it. Now on to the inside. Overall is looked clean. But the leather had a lot of dirt on them. I asked for a towel and starting cleaning the seats and sure enough, dirt started coming off. The guy was nice enough to say that they would take care of it. But I didn't get out of the truck. I kept the towel and kept cleaning. After 45 minutes of me being in there (with two other guys) my towel was extremely dirty. Let me remind you that I paid close to $200 for this car wash. I don't have 45 minutes to waste, if I did, I would wash my own cars. The truck looked good but not what I expected for $200! It looked like a $30-50 wash. I am not the type of person to argue and fight and complain. I did express my disappointment in a professional way but nothing was really said or even less done. I read some reviews where really dirty cards were detailed for $25 (Gabriela C. ON 10/1/2016). Too bad mine wasn't detailed for the $200 that I paid. I will not be going back. There are guys that have the vans and can wash the car at your home for less money than what i got charged here. Sadly, I can not recommend this business. 1 star says "me no think so" or something like that. That's how i feel but didn't want to leave a 1 star. read more

Today I decided to check out Pros Auto detailing and I'm so glad I did. My car was so dirty the job required a 4/5 hour job.I am so amazed that my car can look and smell like it was brand new. The employees work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I left with my car looking brand new. My headlights were yellow and when I left they were clear. Also got my car detailed on this inside and outside. My carpet and seats were so unbelievably clean I wish I would of taken a before picture so I can show just how awesome this place really is. I was originally going to Imperial Car Spa since I moved right across the street from it, but for some reason it was closed at 9:30 am. Luckily Yelp steered me in the right direction and gave me this place close by. I was approached pretty quick and i mentioned I wanted a wash. They told me about the mini detail which they advertise on their Yelp page which was I wanted(cool thing I didn't have to mention the ad to them). They said would take about 45 mins which in reality is not bad for a good car wash. I left my G37 sedan, came back 2 hours to pick it up. I was very impressed with detail they paid to the wash . They even cleaned up some sprayed vinyl that was peeling off, even tho I forgot to mention to them. Wheels were cleaned thoroughly as well.
