When looking at homes, she was great at finding places I would be interested in. When I was ready to make an offer on a home, she did thorough research (her spreadsheets are put together VERY well) to determine what a competitive offer would be for the home. When the home I purchased was under contract, I felt like she called in the A-team for inspections. Literally every person she recommended was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything they found. I am not at all well-versed in real estate, and I found the jargon/logistics of buying a home to be impenetrable. Kristin was incredibly helpful and patient when explaining everything to me. She clearly has a very strong understanding of how everything works and explains everything in a simple, easy to digest manner. From working with Kristin, I can confidently say that she is more than a real estate agent. She is someone who deeply cares about helping others find their ideal homes, and it is clear that she loves and takes pride in the work she does.

She was always on time as well, which we really appreciated. She was very straight to the point and gave us her educated opinion on selling price when we asked. When we interviewed her she did not over 'sell' herself, she gave us an honest opinion on what she thought we could get for our home and told us her marketing plan, which she was very true to. She was very true to her word and gave us realistic expectations for the outcome of our sell. Throughout the whole process she made sure to explain everything to us and guide us along on the process. The best part is she sold our house in... wait for it.... 7 DAYS! So awesome! Realtors and lenders came and went after unfulfilled promises of "just do this and we can secure a pre-approval letter" and when our scores didn't match what we needed for our desired home we rarely heard from them again, except for one. Mickie Major, stayed in contact with us throughout the process, showing a true interest in our wishes. Patiently waiting, showing us homes in our area working with us with no pressure. My wife and I hit a breaking point when a certain lender said we'd be approved for a certain amount, we put in an offer BASED off that information and then find out they were giving us the run around and we had to pull out. We spoke about this with Mickie and she made some suggestions, and by this point she had been the only one who had stayed true to us so we said why not. Long story short, we are now in a home we wouldn't dare dream of at the time. She walked us through the process, our MAX was the asking price, she helped us to make our offer look competitive and, obviously, it worked. We are now proud home owners and we owe so much of that to Mickie! Would definitely recommend to friends, family and anyone who's looking for a realtor who's looking out for you. This home is everything we needed and wanted, I could be an English major and still be short of words to express our gratitude. In a time where everyone seems to be looking out for themselves we found someone who cared about us, thank you Mickie.
