WOW I am so incredibly impressed and happy with Megan and her team. My partner and I knew nothing about the process of buying a home and Megan was extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. The current housing market is insane and at times it felt like we would never get a house, but Megan stuck with us the entire way and kept our hopes up! Eventually we did get a house and we could not be happier!! Megan always found time to show us the homes we were interested in and stuck with us through all the questions and issues! Once we finally had an offer accepted, I don't know what we would have done without her. It is SO confusing and she was patient and knew exactly what to do. I am SO thrilled with Megan and her team, so if you are looking for a home, call her now!! read more

We have known Megan for many years and have completed several home transactions with her. Even when you are not in need or know anyone, she still keeps in touch every month or every other month. I have referred her to several other people and family and will continue to do so. On this last deal, selling our Lincoln, CA house, she was phenomenal. When other similar houses were on the market for over 60 days, we followed her guidance on pricing, timing, and what to do for open houses, etc. She even let us borrow stuff from her own house to help stage ours as she really cares how the house looks in photos and for presentations to potential buyers. The photos, video house tour, 3D tour and arial photos looked amazing. We closed the house with all funds deposited in less than 3 weeks!!!! If you do not have a realtor, Megan is the only choice for you. read more

Megan went above and beyond what I believe a typical Agent would do. Unbeknownst to either of us, my husband had a medical condition that was slowing us down in prepping for our sale. Not only did Megan have to postpone the photos multiple times but she rolled up her sleeves and helped us lay bark, use a shop vac to clean out a BBQ area, contact her pool guy and handyman for last minute items, but also watered the lawn when "of course" our automatic sprinklers stopped working... No words can describe how appreciative we are for her kindness, professional and assistance in a truly trying time. We couldn't have done it without her. read more

Megan is really great! I consulted with her as a potential new home buyer and she was so professional and knowledgeable. I have zero experience when it comes to the ins and outs of purchasing a home. She was extremely patient with all my silly questions. She gave me so much valuable information and really took the time to make sure all my questions and concerns about home buying were answered. When the time comes for me to purchase my first home, I will most definitely have Megan as my realtor. I highly recommend her! Outstanding customer service! read more

Megan Laherrere is the proven expert in her field and truly the realtor want when buying or selling a home! Many people write reviews because they are requested by individuals providing a service and/or quickly write them to publicly express their experiences, both good and especially for the bad. With that said, my wife and I are not the type who commonly post reviews, instead we try our best to give feedback and recommendations in person. However when it comes to Megan and the phenomenal job she did with every aspect of the process of selling our family home of 26 years, and the fact that we moved out of state before it all started making our usual face to face method ineffective, we decided we needed to share our fantastic experience with Megan as our realtor to make sure that people know that she is absolutely the one you hope you find! Megan's long-term expertise with the industry, market, and the area was apparent from the very beginning and when you combine that with her perfectionistic focus and attention to detail, you truly get a realtor that sets everything up for success! One of the things my wife and I appreciated most was Megan's communication skills! Not only did she always communicate the status and what was needed during the entire process, Megan also handled all the contractor scheduling and quality control since we were unable to because we live out of state. During all of this, Megan still found time to patiently educate us on all the different components and requirements that are involved with selling a house all the way until the close of escrow which happened much faster than we expected! Megan has a true passion for her job and honest care for her customers that is extremely rare to find these days and her track record and reputation proves it! My wife and I could not have been happier with our experience with Megan and we honestly can't thank her enough, so trust us when we say that Megan Laherrere is the realtor you want! Sincerely, Trevor & Cari West read more

We could not have asked for more from Megan. She represented us both selling and purchasing. She was quick and responsive every part of the way. If we had a question she was quick to answer it. In addition, when we showed interest in a home she was quick to get us in for a showing. We were very happy with our experience and highly recommend her for both the selling and purchasing process. read more

THE BEST REALTOR! Our recent home buying experience with Megan was fantastic! Megan was such a huge help with getting us the necessary credits and making the sellers provide what was needed for the appraisal. Megan walked us through every step needed to close and was EXTREMELY responsive to all our questions. I would definitely recommend Megan to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home, ESPECIALLY in this current market. read more

We could not believe how easy working with Megan was. She made us feel so comfortable and not stressed at all. She was patient with all of our questions and was able to blow us away by selling our house quickly and for more than we hoped for. Megan definitely knows her stuff. read more

Megan is the best of the best! This was our second time working with her for business and we have always felt secure, assured and 100% confident that she will take care of us and get the job done efficiently and correctly. It helps that she's incredibly friendly, resourceful and knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling a home. We love Megan! read more

Megan and her team were very supportive and offered a lot of direction, with great advice, while helping us get into our new home!   She is very responsive and handled the coordination of all items necessary to close escrow on time. As a first time home buyer, there was a lot to learn and Megan helped us navigate through uncharted waters. We love our new home, but if we ever decide to sell in the future, we will definitely be back to have Megan represent us both as a seller and as a buyer! read more

Hands down the best. Very perfessional, great with communication, and all around amazing to work with. I would recommend Megan to everyone I know. She will not only get the job done, but will take charge the whole way through. Even with a couple hiccups, she took charge and never let my confidence down. We sold our home & bought a new one at the same time... I dont know how possible that would have been in this crazy market without Megan. As I started... She is Hands down THE BEST!! read more

Megan was a joy to work with. She's extremely professional and has a good grasp on the market. She was able to navigate us through the changing and challenging selling side of the market right now with the uptick in interest rates. I would highly recommend her services. read more

Integrity, results, expertise, professional We had the joy of having Megan sell Our home and that was a very easy process which saved us money and got us top dollar based on her recommendations and finding the right buyer. We knew we wanted to use her when buying a house. We had looked at many houses with us not liking the ones we had seen. Megan got us all the info on the houses we were looking at very fast. The houses we were looking at were pretty far from where she lives. Which means a lot to us. We eventually found a house we liked and she helped us with determining the price to offer which ended up getting us 125k off. She really is an expert in the field and is extremely honest and truly Cares about doing the right thing. She got us an amazing deal and protected us all along the way. There's so much to know about buying a home and all the things that can bite you in the end. We truly appreciate Megan and all she has done for us. We highly recommend her and would use her again selling and buying a home. read more

What can I say? Megan is by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. Her communication is above and beyond and her knowledge for real estate and transactions shows. We had a few hiccups with our transaction during the inspection phase and Megan was right there to guide us through. If you want someone knowledgeable, personable and experienced I would 100% recommend Megan! read more

Well, I finally made the decision to sell my home. Luckily, I had saved contact info on Megan, when she sold a neighbor's home, and I gave her a call. I certainly have no regrets. Right from the start Megan let me know I was in the driver's seat, and I could choose how I sold my home. However, she was always willing and able to give suggestions and recommendations when asked. I especially loved that when I asked a direct question, I got a direct answer. She has tons of experience and a huge pool of expertise and contacts, that helped the transactions go very smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation. read more

I totally forgot to update my review! Our house closed right on time and we got our keys as scheduled!! We just had an AC problem today and Megan got us in touch with a vendor asap and saved us $1600 when our home warranty vendor quoted us much higher! read more

We had a really tough situation in the last year selling the house of a family member that had recently passed. We don't live in the area and needed a real estate agent that could go above and beyond to help us. Megan was that and so much more. She went to such great lengths to help us clean, repair and stage a house that needed a lot of love. Since we don't live in the area we were totally at the mercy of our real estate agent and I can't think of anyone who would have done a better job given the circumstances. I cannot recommend her enough and thank her so much for her help in a truly difficult situation. read more

Buying a home is stressful, let alone if you are a first time home buyer. But thanks to Megan everything went smoothly. She walked me through from start to finish without making me feel i'm doing this on my own. She is very professional, trustworthy, and a subject matter expert. She works fast and concise to make sure you will not be missing out on any opportunity to find your new Home. Very prompt on responding to the questions I have and giving advices which really helped a lot. She is an agent that cares about her clients so you'll know you will be well taken care of and she will make sure you end up with the result that you want. Her work ethic is AMAZING! I highly recommend her to anyone. Looking forward on working with you again and Thank you again! read more

Megan is a terrific realtor! Her professionalism was outstanding and she was in communication with us continuously throughout the entire listing. We were fortunate to have Megan represent us. By using her negotiation skills and strategy of selling our home, we received multiple offers at list price and beyond. If you're looking for a realtor, choose MEGAN!! You will not be disappointed!! read more

Your nightmare is her dream. She makes it hard to buy, accuses you of holding things up, micromanages the other realtor and loan officer, will not let you see the appraisal and badgers the buyer. It was a very horrible experience dealing with her. If this is the way house buying is, why would any one want to buy? My opinion is that she is bordering on unethical and unlawful. read more

I want to let you know of you are involved with this company on any level you must be aware that the owner is very unprofessional and unethical. I'm posting another review because apparently the owner of this company had my post removed from Yelp because she was ashamed of her behavior. We were in escrow on a house that her client was selling and she did is very wrong on many levels. There are others reviews that I read that have the same experience that I experienced. The owner listed the house again while still in contract and also told us she would only work with us if we used her lender. Once we submitted everything and got Pre approved with her lender she pulled the contact from us due to the fact that we were not moving quickly enough for her. We lost money for our inspections as well as employment opportunities. It was a huge devastation for our family as she cancelled the contract 12days prior to closing read more

I don't even know where to start with the things I want to say about Megan and Dream Catcher Realty. I literally couldn't be more pleased that I chose her to sell my home. Right off the bat I just got a really good vibe from her and that was just the beginning. She is so down-to-earth and genuine that it made it easy to trust her which then let her 18+ years of experience really shine through. I had no clue what selling a house entailed and through this process I learned so much AND learned how hard she worked and how much effort she put in. I know the market is hot right now and that played a part but I am 100% convinced that I wouldn't have done near as well with the sale of my home if it wasn't for her guidance and expertise. I am so thankful I chose her and would do a million times over. Not one ounce of me second guesses hiring her or wonders for a second if I should have went with someone else. It's usually cliche to say this but in this case it's absolutely true... She is without a doubt the best! Dont waste anytime by looking further. I promise you, you can't find a better, more talented, more professional realtor anywhere. Thank you, Megan!! read more

We were referred to Megan back in September when we decided to let our underwater home go. It was a hard decision but once we made it, Megan walked us through the whole process. A friend told me that Megan would definitely fight for you and that she did! She fought for us each step of the way and we were NEVER out of the loop. Megan was able to short sale our home AND we walked away with $3000 since she was able to get us qualified for HAFA. Fast forward to February and we have now closed on our old home and can move on to bigger and better things. I would without doubt, refer anyone looking to let their home go, to Megan. She was even able to bring a smile to my face once we came to the bittersweet end with little gifts and surprises! read more

I am completely shocked by the negative reviews for Dream Catcher Realty. Over a year ago, Megan and her team helped us get into our new home. As first time home buyers our heads were spinning with all the steps and requests but Megan was incredibly organized and thorough in her communication with us. Knowing my husband and I both had demanding jobs, a little one and one on the way, she was diligent about planning ahead and giving us notice when something needed to be done, signed, taken care of, etc. She really made the overwhelming process so very smooth. And in our dazed state she continually held a positive attitude and exuded excitement for what we were embarking on! What has been most impressive is her helpful ongoing communication. We receive these wonderful emails each week with Community Events and Activities listed -- so helpful for a new family to a new area. She also sends out a monthly letter via snail mail with the most helpful home tips and tricks. And most recently at the one year anniversary of our purchase, she sent us a thoughtful letter congratulating us on our 1 year anniversary and giving us a gift card to Home Depot to replace smoke alarm batteries or air filters. All of this to say, Megan goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth home buying process and a smooth transition into a new area/community. If we ever sell our home we will definitely use Megan and would refer her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell! read more

So Megan Laherrere says she's selling a house yet she can never be reached and no wonder the house has been for sale for over 100+ days!! Can't ever get her to answer calls, text messages or emails for a viewing of the house. She doesn't take pictures of the inside and says bring your "tool belt and imagination" !! Can't bring anything if I can't ever see it! I'd hate for you to be my agent always wondering if my house is going to sale and the whole time it's because you won't return calls to see it. WORST AGENT EVER .... glad it's a house from hell for you!! read more

My family had the most positive experience with Megan. She was exceptional from the beginning to end and made what is usually a stressful experience completely stress free! I would recommend Megan to anybody looking to buy or sell, she is knowledgeable, well informed, and reliable. Thank you Megan Laherrere. read more

Communication is the key . Please ignore her first review . She must have wrote it her self . I was told I would get a call the next day and at 5:30 p.m. The next day I had to call her . In the time my short sale started I can count the times she communicated with me on my fingers. As I said communication is the key !!! She and the so called sales man didn't in every way shape or form ..... I work in sales and if I communicated like her and the sales man , I would be fired . read more

I am not sure how a person with no buying experience, no previous real estate experience and no common sense could leave such a review but it is simply unfounded. I have used Megan for several of our houses. Not all real estate deals are a slam dunk but she always sticks with both ends of the process and seems to be the one that gets the sale done. I hate to say it John, but any other realtor would have cost you the ownership of your first home. Your own realtor had no idea what was going on. I am surprised you did not realize what had been done for you every step of the way as you forgot, screwed up and did not pay. Anyways, thanks Megan for helping out again. I know you have seen a few Kooky deals this last few months but you finished them and made the sales happen for everyone on both sides. read more

My family turned to Megan for help 2 years ago. My mother had died of cancer, and in the process of trying to save her life, my father refinanced his home, his income property, and we refinanced our home as well. All our properties ended up upside down. When dad had to go into a care facility, we had to short-sale all the Real Estate. Megan handled 4 short sales for us. We were an emotional mess, and I needed "Hand-holding" throughout the process. Megan handled everything for us, and we were able to walk away from the mess and the sadness. Now, two years later, my credit is back, and we are looking to Megan to help us find a place to buy! She's the best! read more
