Megan went above and beyond what I believe a typical Agent would do. Unbeknownst to either of us, my husband had a medical condition that was slowing us down in prepping for our sale. I want to let you know of you are involved with this company on any level you must be aware that the owner is very unprofessional and unethical. I'm posting another review because apparently the owner of this company had my post removed from Yelp because she was ashamed of her behavior. We were in escrow on a house that her client was selling and she did is very wrong on many levels. There are others reviews that I read that have the same experience that I experienced. The owner listed the house again while still in contract and also told us she would only work with us if we used her lender. Once we submitted everything and got Pre approved with her lender she pulled the contact from us due to the fact that we were not moving quickly enough for her. We lost money for our inspections as well as employment opportunities. It was a huge devastation for our family as she cancelled the contract 12days prior to closing read more

I am completely shocked by the negative reviews for Dream Catcher Realty. Over a year ago, Megan and her team helped us get into our new home. As first time home buyers our heads were spinning with all the steps and requests but Megan was incredibly organized and thorough in her communication with us. Knowing my husband and I both had demanding jobs, a little one and one on the way, she was diligent about planning ahead and giving us notice when something needed to be done, signed, taken care of, etc. She really made the overwhelming process so very smooth. And in our dazed state she continually held a positive attitude and exuded excitement for what we were embarking on! What has been most impressive is her helpful ongoing communication. We receive these wonderful emails each week with Community Events and Activities listed -- so helpful for a new family to a new area. She also sends out a monthly letter via snail mail with the most helpful home tips and tricks. And most recently at the one year anniversary of our purchase, she sent us a thoughtful letter congratulating us on our 1 year anniversary and giving us a gift card to Home Depot to replace smoke alarm batteries or air filters. All of this to say, Megan goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth home buying process and a smooth transition into a new area/community. I have used Megan for several of our houses. Not all real estate deals are a slam dunk but she always sticks with both ends of the process and seems to be the one that gets the sale done. I hate to say it John, but any other realtor would have cost you the ownership of your first home. Your own realtor had no idea what was going on.
