We were looking to sell fast based on an upcoming military move and we needed someone who knew the current legal situation (which she did). She is very smart, knowledgeable, professional, and despite being obviously busy with other listing she was ALWAYS responsive. She was always on time as well, which we really appreciated. She was very straight to the point and gave us her educated opinion on selling price when we asked. When we interviewed her she did not over 'sell' herself, she gave us an honest opinion on what she thought we could get for our home and told us her marketing plan, which she was very true to. She was very true to her word and gave us realistic expectations for the outcome of our sell. Throughout the whole process she made sure to explain everything to us and guide us along on the process. The best part is she sold our house in... wait for it.... 7 DAYS! So awesome! I would recommend her to anyone looking for motivated real estate agent who really knows the Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville area. She definitely was honest and got us what we were looking for out of our home.

Jose kept us informed, answered our questions, and helped guide us through each step of the sale. We especially appreciated his ability to communicate with both owners and make sure we were comfortable with the decisions being made. Selling property can definitely have its stressful moments, but his patience, professionalism, and sense of calm made a big difference for us. Not only have they guided us through each step with great professionalism, communication and care for details, they also provided a top-notch presentation of our home, which resulted in immediate offers above asking price. In contrast to other brokers who were solely focused on Dollar per sq/ft numbers and "comps", Heather and Steve 'got' our home from the start and were able to sell it well above the estimates the other brokers gave us. TL;DR: John is amazing and you should hire him…read more I reached out to John after I'd found a house I was really interested in. He made time to show me the house same day, and immediately got information regarding the selling agent's timeline to review offers. John reached out to the agent multiple times over the weekend, so by the following week, the agent was actually reaching out to him to see if we were submitting our offer. I believe that John's proactivity in developing a relationship with the selling agent, along with his offer strategy, are what made our offer the winner. John was there every step of the way, spending a few hours at the house on the day of inspections and walking me through everything, answering all of my questions (which were A LOT), providing recommendations for vendors and other guidance, and talking me off the ledge a few times when I was overwhelmed or spooked by the whole process. When some necessary repairs came up on the inspections, John strategized our request for a credit and ended up getting me way more than I was expecting (which was honestly $0 in this competitive market) and got me a price reduction rather than a credit. Overall, John was proactive and strategic throughout the entire process, and not only did he get me a house that I fell in love with, he ensured that I knew exactly what I was getting into and got me some money back to make necessary repairs. He also sent me a ton of moving boxes (I didn't even have to buy any) and on the day I got my keys, he came in and replaced my smoke detectors since they were on the older side. Since I've been in the house, he's also been quick to share recommendations for different vendors and I've been really happy with everyone he's recommended. Beyond all of that (which already would have been beyond enough), he's a super chill guy and I genuinely enjoyed working with him. We talked a lot during those few weeks and between talking business we would end up shooting the shit. I decided to work with him because other reviews mentioned that he makes you feel like you're working with a friend, and that's the exact experience that I had. This is my first home and I'm grateful to have had such an amazing purchasing experience. I'm not planning on buying again any time soon, but when I do, I'll be reaching out to John for sure.
