Our experience with Johnny Jennings, Realtor, and the Tom Dave's Reality team, was fantastic. From new appliances, roof being replaced, electrical junction box, and the wood siding (shiplap wood siding), and new paint, made it possible for us to sell our mama's home to Sonia and her son; whose family helped my mama when she had ALS, (Commonly known as: Lou's Gehrig's disease). Thank you all on your team that made this happen - best experience ever! read more

AVOID Valary Jennings and Made4More. Worst buyer's agent ever: lazy, clueless, zero communication, and cost me thousands with her screw-ups. Total trash. pocket thousands in commission for zero work. read more

We just closed on our first home and had such an amazing experience using Made 4 More! After reading how some people's first time home buying experiences went online, I almost feel like we cheated. Our agent Halley was there with us every step of the way to make sure we didn't miss a single step. She was patient, extremely helpful and was always available to answer questions, which we had A LOT. I can't recommend this team enough. read more

EVEN ! STAR IS TOO MUCH for this p.i.g. as they are called in the business. These are brokers who work both the seller and buyer to get the biggest commission from both by undervaluing the property and talking his ego up. Would love to also stop being harassed by this "team" never work with them again if they paid me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 read more

This guy doesn't give up even after you've told him many times you're not interested in listing your home with him I've been in sales many years and the ability to listen is extremely important Clearly he doesn't listen Finally blocked him on cell and home Run run away as fast as you can There are many quality realtors out there read more

Tom Daves, of ExP Realty, is excellent at advertising. Follow up is an entirely different story. I phoned him twice. Each time I left a message that no one responded to. I phoned again and actually spoke with Tom Daves. He took the property address, my number, and said he'd call me back. I called again and got the voicemail again. I called a 5th time and reached one of his colleagues. The guy took my number, the property address , and said he'd call me back. Four months and 5 calls later--still not a peep from this "magnificent" sales guy or anyone else from ExP Realty. I sold the property--without Tom's help. So his grade "F". I will NEVER, ever refer TOM or any company he is part of. The treatment was beyond horrible. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Maybe they looked up my property and decided it wasn't even worth a call back. If so, that is more than shameful. Karma is amazing Mr. Daves--you will know it when you feel It. Justly earned!!! One star is the least Yelp allows. If a negative 5 stars ever becomes available, I will adjust accordingly!!!!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Valary Jennings. I have worked with her through a few transactions recently and now going through another. Her work ethic is something that you don't see much anymore.o She truly cares about her clients and makes things happen where other realtors fall behind. There are tons of realtors to choose from but I can assure you that will not go wrong working with Valary! read more

Tom Daves and his team are simply the best at what they do! Tom sold our house quickly and for a great price. Tom walked us through every step with efficiency and compassion. Selling a home and moving can be extremely stressful and Tom Daves and his team were so professional and reacted with lightning speed when a buyer created issues for us. I can honestly say that if we ever had to sell a home again, we would only work with Tom! The communication was great from start to finish and the results were nothing short of amazing! CALL TOM! read more

We had a wonderful experience working with Seth Reardon and Tom Daves. Very professional and responsive. They managed to sell our old home (above asking price & within a week of listing) and found us our new home. Managed to close on both homes and move in less than 30 days! We have small children, and being able to sell, buy and move as quickly as we did was amazing and made the whole process a lot easier. Seth was fantastic at negotiating an early close on our old home allowing us to do a 5 day rent back so we could close on the new home and have time to do a non-rushed move. Seth was a pleasure to work with, fun, energetic, accommodating, and great with kids!!!! Would highly recommend Seth and Tom! read more

Tom Daves sold my home with not one bit of repair or work on my part except to empty it. His photographer was excellent and showed off the potential of the home with it's flaws not highlighted. House sold over asking price after 4 days of showing. read more

We contacted Tom Daves to sell our current home. He arrived early and said he couldn't stay long (til our appointment time for my wife to arrive), constantly got distracted by texts or phone calls, and applied medium pressure (not high pressure to sign the contract). He named dropped, seemed constantly distracted, and not "present in our meeting". My wife gave in and signed since he had the clause "cancel anytime". We gave our housekeys to him. We choose to cancel the contract. He accepted and asked why which I told him and said he would have our keys dropped off early next week. Next week was last week and we didn't have our keys. I was about to contact him. But on Saturday, I moved our doormat and found them with a post it note with our address on it. No doorbell was rung. No email was sent. No phone call. No text message to let us know. There is no excuse for this. This is gross negligence and unprofessional. This could have very easily had a different outcome. Someone takes our keys, uses them to open our door, the alarm would have sounded as the person doesn't know the disarm code, steal our stuff (or assault us). The police would have said there was no obvious signs of break in. And you, Tom Daves, would be liable for any damage, lost property, and rekeying the locks. Tom Daves is unprofessional and should not be in business. I have updated our contract cancellation for Tom Daves, you are FIRED! read more

Horrible customer service Very unresponsive. I would not recommend selling your house thru Him and his business. As tring to buy a house he was listing. Didn't hear back after several times of tring to contact, by email and phone. Give me a break, your to busy to talk with a potential buyer. Or respond to them. Would give negative stars if it was possible! read more

Tom Daves is a great guy with immeasurable experience in real estate. I highly recommend his team!

Fantastic team! My wife and I listed with them and sold for over asking price. From the very beginning they assisted in asking price, how to stage your home (very helpful and you need to take thier advice to heart) and also an amazing photographer! He made every room pop you won't believe how good he makes your entire house. Great team and would definitely use them again! read more

Great company, and luckily I had the pleasure of working with Seth Reardon. If you're looking for a someone to go above and beyond during your house hunting/selling process, Seth is the guy. I worked with him for nearly 7 months because we couldn't find the right house. But Seth never stopped looking, and spent hours upon hours driving and meeting with me to make sure that I would find the perfect house. He is so personable, professional and easy to work with. He is quite knowledgeable and I trusted his opinion in many steps of this process. If you're looking for an awesome Realtor contact Seth! read more

I usually don't write reivews, but my experience with this company and especially one of their real estate agents, Seth Reardon, have been superb! My family and I have been trying to buy a house for several months and we went with one real estate agent, but he was no good so we switched to Seth and he has been absolutely helpful, professional, and reassuring the entire time. He made the entire home buying purchase very pleasant and relatively stress-free, and as a first time home buyer that was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable about homes and make very good recommendations. I can't recommend him enough and would advise anyone who is looking to sell or purchase a home to go with Seth! You definitely can't go wrong! read more

We worked with Seth Reardon. We were so fortunate to meet Seth at an open house. He may be one of most genuine and kind individual's we've met. He was knowledgeable, honest, and professional and made us feel like we were his only client. His background in construction gave us so much insight into the details of each home we viewed, and ultimately helped us choose the perfect home. He never made us feel pressured and answered all of our questions. We would work with him again without question, and we highly recommend you choose Seth to be your realtor! read more

In the end 2019 I took Tom Daves as a real estate agent to sell our home. Upon meeting him he told me he could sell my home within 30 days and all his homes sell for list. Well as most of his claims I found out that was NOT true. In the process of selling my home he set up viewings and nothing happened He did take the time to film a short video NOT to help us sell our home but to let everyone know he buys homes so the video was for his own personal gain!!! it took Tom about 5 months to even sell our home and it was far from list 60k lower then originally projected. With and buy other agents that would bring there boyfriends along to sit with them at viewings some didn't even have the proper identification that they actually worked for him. During my time with Tom as my agent it was the most stressful time period of my life having to sell your home you put your faith in someone to take care of these things to get your home sold not only call you when he needs you to drop the price to make it easier so he can get a commission!!! it wasn't until I reached out to Zillow that gave me an offer did he all of a sudden have someone that could buy it for the exact amount Zillow offered!!! claiming thats all the person has to spend. Since my house was sold on January of 2020 until now just a few days ago it went on the market for only 15day that house is now pending at 729500 please tell me how it was so easy for another real estate company to sell it so quickly while Tom Daves who claims that he can sell homes for list in 30 days and has been in the Real estate business for years and years couldn't even come close to even helping us at all I cant tell people this enough He didn't help us he collected a commission that wasn't earned!!! If I could I would put negative 5 stars!!! read more

I can't say enough about how great our experience with Tom Daves and his team was! We had a very difficult situation with having to sell our parents' house when they passed away, and we didn't know what to do. Tom and his team treated us with such respect, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. They provided superior personal service, and no matter what time of the day I contacted them, they always responded quickly and helpfully. I recently contracted with Tom Daves Team to sell my house in Fair Oaks, CA. His team answered quickly to my initial request by meeting with me and reviewing the property. All questions were responded to quickly each time I asked. I was impressed with the marketing efforts and the many locations used to place advertising which brought an offer that we accepted within days. Negotiations were handled promptly and sale was concluded within thirty days of acceptance. His team was very professional at all times. I recommend Tom Daves Team without question. read more

Tom Daves is a joke. At first he tells you what you want to hear, but it's all a lie. Then he will push you off onto a team member who is also short with you and rude. Tom also makes you feel dumb in the process. I have no idea why this guy has any good reviews at all. Don't be fooled just because he is good at marketing himself. That's about all he is good at. My experience with him left me hanging with the text message "read." Heres a tip Tom, if you are going to ignore somebody turn your read receipts off. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

It was a pleasure doing business with Tom Davis Team. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. We just sold our first home.

While my agent is no longer a part of his team, I had a great experience with Tom Daves overall. My calls were returned promptly, my agent was attentive and when I originally found my home, she drove over within 30 minutes to give me a showing ( I was a drive by client, had no agent) and was on point in keeping in touch throughout my time with her. I can't speak for the other less then stellar reviews, but that was not my experience.. Overall my time with them was a seamless process including the endless contracts and paperwork. :-) read more

Tom Daves team know their stuff! I asked 20k more than any other house in my devolopment. He was confident that it would sell for more. There was a reason he was confident, in fact his team got me 11k over that. 31k more than any other home! Tom and his team are very welcoming, very informative, and I would never use anyone else to sell. Even better, I used Tom Daves to buy and bought 10k under asking price. I've heard from several realtors what they can do and experienced that it is all talk and no action. I was so disappointed for almost a year. Then I heard that the Tom Daves Team will help me. I didn't believe them but I had no choice. Not only did they sell my house in no time, I mean no time at all. Within weeks I was signing papers and planning my move.
