I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nick from Elevate Realty Group, and I can't recommend him or the company enough! From start to finish, Nick made the entire home-buying process feel smooth, manageable, and even exciting. He was incredibly patient as we looked for the perfect place--never rushed me, always listened to what I wanted, and offered thoughtful insight along the way. Once we found the one, Nick went to work negotiating a fair price and offered solid, practical advice that helped me feel confident every step of the way. What really stood out was his flexibility and constant communication. No matter the time of day, Nick was always ready to answer questions, explain next steps, or just check in to see how I was feeling about everything. That kind of attentiveness made a huge difference and really eased any anxiety I had. Beyond Nick's personal dedication, Elevate Realty Group as a whole impressed me with their transparency and clear commitment to their clients. It's rare to find a team that's so genuinely invested in making the experience as seamless and positive as possible. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about helping you find the right home, I can't recommend Nick and Elevate Realty Group highly enough. Thank you again, Nick--you made this journey unforgettable! read more

We worked primarily with Nick and Annie to sell our old house and buy a new one last year, and I wouldn't do anything differently. The communication was excellent and the advice was on point. Both Nick and Annie have a lot of patience - I was a picky buyer, and we had a million questions. I would 100% recommend Elevate. read more

Horrible experience with this realtor group. If you move out before you trust them to sell it make sure you tell them to leave your AC set at 78* or else you'll get left with a 400.00 SMUD bill. Seller Beware!!! I stand by the review and experience. Steve, you never returned our calls and were hard to reach during the entire process and it's Bandi, not Brandy! As far as the repairs, clean up, and staging that's what we paid for and we were reassured by our agent that it would be handled and it was. We were also told that any existing mail would be picked up and sent before the new owners moved in and that never happened as well. We messaged the agent that said they would pick it up and it and they still have not responded and it's been months now. So yes the home was sold and you got paid for selling it meanwhile the communication and experience could have been a bit more pleasant. Bandi C. read more

The rating is based on the fact we got a quick sale and was able to leave California quickly. I believe that was in part the property, location and views. Secondly, the recommended repairs and improvements recommended and coordinated by the Elevate Realty partner contractors The process overall went well and I would recommend Elevate Realty to a home owner that really needs guidance on preparing their home to maximize value and expedite the sale. The company founder Steve has experience in renovations and prepping homes for sale so you are taking advantage of that knowledge. If you want just basic Realty Services, Elevate maybe overkill for you but they do have different service level offerings. If I had to be critical, I would point to a few mis-communications with Steve and his team. All resolved. I think at times Steve was not entirely reading my communications via text message. This also could be a byproduct of using text (too fast, easy to mis important items, etc. read more

World class team in the our home town. This is our second time utilizing their team to purchase a home and will definitely use them again. Very thorough in every aspect of the transaction and great communication throughout. Special thanks to Nick and Terry as we dragged them throughout the greater Sacramento area looking for which the right place. Thank you for your patience. Highly recommend this team for your next home purchase or sale. Top Notch!!! read more

Steve Lamothe and the whole team at Elevate Reality Group was the perfect pick for us. We were relocating out of state plus my husband was in his last days of retiring. Combine that with our age and it could have gotten very stressful but instead it was SO MUCH EASIER than we could have ever hoped for thanks to Steve and his team. From our first meeting with Steve we choose the path we wanted to take and took his suggestions for getting the most from our sale. So, from the excellent communication from Steve, Denora and the entire team throughout, to the painting of the entire interior of our home, to Stager Claire's guidance and staging, they made it all happen and it brought good success. We listed higher than we thought was possible and had four offers over our asking price in ONE weekend. Steve and his team utilize technology beautifully, from texts and emails with updates along with helpful short "what's next" videos giving us timely direction. We always received quick responses to our questions. And their online portal was helpful to see tasks being completed on their end and a list of appointments for services and showings was very helpful. Finally, the beautiful pictures and video for the promo listing was awesome. This journey was a blessing thanks to Steve and the whole team at Elevate Reality Group. I highly recommend them. read more

Elevate Realty Group - Keller Williams - My home, Steve got it sold so fast!! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Roseville, California

I can't say enough about Elevate Real Estate and Team. Steve and the crew are amazing. So knowledgeable about the local area and what's going on. They just seem to have the pulse of the market. Their team handles all of the details of the transaction flawlessly. Unlike so many in Real Estate, they say in contact during and long after the transaction to continue to add value and show that they truly care! You can't go wrong with choosing this team! Highly recommended! read more

Steve and his passionate Team work very hard staying on top of repairs required to help you get your Home sold. Our Home for Sale being on a busy street was a challenge to find the correct Buyer. Steve provided $30000 worth of improvements and repairs including painting the entire house inside to roofing and a Main support Pillar that was Stucco but badly dry rotted out I had no idea it was replaced and repaired and repainted to install of new flooring. His work crews were Polite and Fast..Therefore we were able to make the House look fantastic and finally sell it. Christine how correlates and contacts all the repairs and keeps us updated is Awesome to deal with! Eddie our buyers Agent always available all days when we found a home we liked and got us inside quickly usually same day. Eddie worked tirelessly on communication with the Sellers Agent on the replacement Home we love and bought. Very knowledgeable people and a Very good Team! Thank you!!! Ken and Allison read more

I love this Elevate team! I secretly call my agent Steve my "Stevie Wonder".Elevate Realty team was truly so kind, helpful and thoughtful. Words you don't often hear about when speaking of this type of service. Don't get me wrong, they were all very professional and business savvy while giving advice when difficult decisions arose. The personal attention is what stands out to me. As if I was family and they really cared about me. My experience was wonderful because of their personal interest in helping me through the process. Always checking in and answering all of my questions. I would recommend using this team/ Realty group. read more

If we could give a negative rating we would have. Worst experience ever. Nothing was made clear, nothing exactly as stated. Worst realtors we have ever dealt with. read more

We were excited about working with Nicki and Elevate Realty because of their reviews and promise to keep us informed and walk us through the process. As first-time home buyers that was something we were really looking for. However, once we started to place offers the communication just stopped. We were never told that we'd have to pay the difference between our offer and the appraisal upfront. That was like $20,000 that was totally unexpected and due in like 3 days. After 2 or 3 failed offers, we tried a new strategy and went for more of a fixer-upper so we could get the location and size we wanted without going over budget. Nicki was passive aggressive and rude about our decision, really pushing us to offer a price we weren't comfortable with on a house we didn't want. After our offer was accepted for the house we did want, we had to do some repairs before we could move in. Nicki was difficult to work with at this point and it seemed like she was keeping the keys from us. I had to repeatedly ask to get the keys and finally got them just the day before we moved in. She was also checking our mail and didn't let us know. She had several companies they often work with and we had little say in the matter. The contractor has been good but the home inspection by twin termite was awful. We are now out another 24,000 because they missed the fact that an entire corner of our house is sinking. Overall, the team at Elevate was nice but we were increasingly dissatisfied as time went on. read more

Nick Gonzales was amazing throughout my home buying process! He is patient, articulate, warm and knowledgeable! Anytime he wasn't sure, he was always willing to learn anything he didn't already know so that I received accurate information. Terry Funke was amazing as well! She helped Nick in showing us homes. Even though we considering a wide range of locations and she always showed up with a smile until we found the one that was the right fit. We have worked with Denora at Elevate on our home sale and home purchase. The experience has been awesome! Denora has been very communicative along the way and super knowledgeable in the Sacramento area market. I have already referred her to a family member and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home. She knows what to do to make it happen! read more

The elevate group is the best team to work with! Especially Annie! Annie made the home buying process so easy and stress free, if we could give her more than 5 stars we would!!! We were first time home buyers and Annie answered all of our questions and concerns. We recommend Annie if you are every in the market to purchase or sell! She's amazing!!! Thank you Annie, we love our new home!! read more

I had a bad experience with Steve. I had a simple request for some information and had he followed through with it, I would have chosen him to be my realtor. Instead, he ignored the request and was only interested in a sale right away even though I had explained in an email that we wouldn't be buying until my husband retires. I reminded him of that and then he stopped communicating. He lost out on a high end sale that would have been a matter of a few months away. I cannot recommend Steve. read more

We felt like we were in good hands with Nick. He listened to what we wanted and made sure we were able to view the houses we were interested in. He gave us great input based on the current market conditions and made sure we were competitive in our bid. In addition, he was quick to respond to us and always made himself available to walk us through the offer and purchase process. He was very patient with us and made sure we didn't get discouraged after we were not successful in several offers and ended up helping us get our perfect home. His team was also amazing once we were successful in our purchase and we had to start the paperwork process. We were so happy with him and couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks Nick! read more

My husband and I recently bought our new home in the Auburn Area. Nick and Terri were the dream team! They were patient with us and all our questions and the multiple days' house hunting. Set up a meeting with Michael via zoom and Steve was supposed to come by the house at the same time to look at it and go over the options for selling my home. No show and no call. Called them back asked what happened, and against my better judgement, set up another meeting via zoom with Nick Gonzalez. They called me talked to me explained what their options were and set up a time to come look at the house. No showed again. Unbelievably poor customer service. I would not have some represent me in selling my home when they no showed on a client twice. read more

We worked with Nicki to purchase our dream house and were absolutely thrilled by her knowledge and responsiveness before, during, and after closing. I worked with Nicki and Elevate Realty Group-Sacramento to buy our first home. We were so fortunate to have found Nicki in helping us buy our first home. As our agent, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient to look at homes over several months. She was always on our side, working to make our house purchase simple, fun, and successful. She was approachable in asking questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs and preferences. Purchasing a house is once in several years or probably a huge lifetime investment, and we were anxious about the process initially, but because of Nicki's knowledge of the process and real estate in general, we felt very assured and confident that things were in the good hands. Once we closed on the house, Nicki went a step further and arranged professional cleaning of the house at her own cost, which we didn't even ask. She knows the process, and she is familiar with the neighborhoods in most of the Sacramento region, she is friendly, and professional. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Like a family doctor, I guess from now on, she will be our friends, family, and relatives' family realtor, and go-to person. She made the whole house buying process fun and easy. We would recommend Nicki and Elevate Realty Group to anyone buying a home in the greater Sacramento region. read more

I actually found Elevate entirely by accident, and before my wife and I had decided for sure whether we would be selling our home, but Nicki Kaur almost immediately responded, and not in a way that was an annoyance or felt like a sell. She was immediately friendly, and sincere, and was genuinely interested in what we were trying to do. Over the following two months we went from casual tire kickers to new home owners, thanks to Nicki's attention to detail and flexibility with our style preferences. It took her very little time for her to get so good at knowing what we were looking for (and there were a lot of specific things) that almost every property she sent us to review was something that we would be interested in. Once we found the house that we ultimately decided to put an offer in on (and purchased), Nicki walked us through the process every step of the way, and it seemed that she was always three steps ahead of us, so the process was outstanding. Once our offer had been accepted, and we completed the financing process, Nicki proved herself even more fantastic, as she has been helping us out in the run up to move-in day by introducing us to needed contractors, and facilitating conversations to ensure that we remain on track with our tight schedule. She has become more of a friend than just a realtor, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have found her. All that said, this experience has been excellent, and we would wholeheartedly recommend working with Nicki and Elevate if you are in the market for a new home! read more

Nick, Terry, and the Elevate Team are THEE BEST!!! These guys have made our dreams come true in helping us with our first home purchase. Not only were they extremely knowledgable but super understanding, friendly, patient, and professional throughout the WHOLE WAY. They made this whole experience seamless. Home buying is already an extremely stressful thing in itself, but Nick was really great at consoling us and ensuring we find the right home...and WE DID! Also, I'm pretty sure Terry's Super Woman. I've got to give a BIG KUDOS to Nick, especially, in dealing with our constant texting/calling throughout the day (and night) and being an extremely good sport with our (mostly my partner's, Brian's) questions. I can't thank Nick and the team enough for their help and support with getting us into our first home. Whenever that time comes down the road, we'll definitely be looking to the Elevate team for our future home-related transactions. We HIGHLY recommend the Elevate team for all of your home buying/selling needs!!! They are NO WHERE NEAR the negative stigma most realtors/real estate agents/agencies hold. By far the best!!! read more

Just having closed the sale of our home we are thrilled! Steve and Megan and team have been fabulous to work with and I am a tough critic. The team was great at listening to what our home sale goals were and fulfilling exactly what we were looking for. We were lucky enough to put our house on the market when we wanted, for in reality more than we wanted, with the terms that were ideal for our situation. Low and behold we received multiple offers. We listed, accepted and closed all within 20 days. The realty team was working on overdrive to make sure everything went as smooth as possible in a quick turn around time. Thank you to Steve and his team for making our selling process a great one! read more

I cannot say enough great things about Nick and the entire team at Elevate! When my fiancé and I began looking for our first home at the start of the pandemic, we had no clue what a crazy ride we would be on! Nick is a true professional and made the process easy. He is super knowledgeable about the market and always answered his phone. We feel he went above and beyond for us through our 20ish month search! Even after closing he exceeded our expectations. When our water heater tank unexpectedly broke a week after moving in, he helped us navigate our home insurance. When we were out of town, Nick offered to meet with the tech to get the problem resolved before we returned from vacation! Now that is 1st class service!!!! read more

Elevate Realty Group is a great company to work with when buying a home. Our realtor, Nicki, is awesome!!! She's a great listener, very communicative, provides excellent customer service, and you can tell she enjoys helping people find homes. She was able to schedule a tour of a new construction community, where we ended up purchasing our new home, within a week of our first meeting. Being first-time home buyers, the home buying process can be a bit intimidating. She made this process enjoyable and smooth due to regularly checking in, easing our worries, and answering our questions (even if we asked them more than once). We will continue to stay in contact with Nicki and Elevate Realty Group whether we need help with a home improvement project or buying our next home. read more

Great group of people to work with. We were able to easily and successfully do all the paperwork to purchase our next home while we were on vacation. Steve and Terri and the group were always available to show the property and answer any questions we had. We never felt rushed while meeting in person with them, and we appreciate all their time and efforts. We are also using ELEVATE to sell our current home, and we are confident they will help us get our property in the best shape possible for sale in the near future.. Literally we went from thinking we couldn't sell and move for many many months -or even years- to putting in the winning offer (out of 7 thanks to Steve ), and closing on a fabulous house within 3 weeks. Because Steve spent time in our house explaining what needed to be repaired and how he could get it done soon, we got excited thinking we could downsize sooner than later. We used his app to look at homes online as soon as they become available and fell in love with 1. The timing was amazing and we feel blessed that we are able to work with such a great group as ELEVATE. read more

Working with Steve and his team was a great experience. Steve listened to our concerns and made us feel at ease as we were relocating out of state and so we had the extra pressure of selling and finding a place out of state on a tight deadline. Even though the real estate market is hot they treated our listing like it was a buyers market by advertising it and taking amazing photos to showcase our house. The technology they use to make showings a breeze was appreciated since my wife works from home and can't always leave so the house can be shown. I feel like it removed a lot of barriers for us and potential buyers. I always felt in the loop with what was going on and what the next steps were. Steve and team proactively sent videos reviewing the next steps of the process and was available to answer questions as the came up. If Steve wasn't immediately available Megan usually was and was able to answer most questions. Working with a team vs a single agent in this busy market is definitely a must. read more
