Amanda had so much patience with me and was with me every step of the way through the buying process! Amanda and I worked together to find several listings that were in my price range and had the qualities I was looking for, and I was lucky enough to find a house that I loved in just a few days. Throughout the buying process, Amanda was so helpful! She would set up inspection appointments, make sure to be at the house for inspections, and keep me looped in as she learned more about the quality of the house. When I started to worry more about the older age of the house, Amanda provided recommendations on the types of specialty inspections I might want to pursue, and how we might use the information learned to negotiate my offer with the buyers. And she helped me negotiate a great offer that reduced the cost of the house and helped me to permanently buy down our interest rate! My partner and I have now lived in my house for 6 months and we love it. We're working to spruce up the backyard and are enjoying making the house our own. I'm so appreciative of all of Amanda's efforts to help me purchase my first home, and would highly recommend her to others who are looking for a amazing, local realtor! P.S. A few days before I got the keys, we had a massive storm and Amanda, unprompted, stopped by the house to make sure it was safe and standing, and sent me a bunch of pictures. WHO DOES THAT!? Amanda does!

Jenny is truly one in a million. She is the only real estate agent I've ever met who has a heart of…read morepure gold. I've worked with many agents in the past, but none of them have had the level of care, dedication, and genuine kindness that Jenny has for her clients. From the very first conversation, she was already planning every detail for my sale. She gathered information, created a clear plan, and sent everything to me right away. What impressed me most was how she stepped up when she realized I was handling everything on my own. She went out of her way to help me find contractors for the house. When one contractor didn't work out, she didn't give up--she went above and beyond to find another one for me. She even helped me find a gardener and arranged for someone to clean up my yard so the home would be ready to list. She didn't just act like an agent; she made me feel like a family member, like a little sister was helping me get through a very stressful time. Thanks to her hard work and guidance, my house sold in less than two weeks. But what really makes her special is that her care didn't stop once the house went pending or even after it sold. She made sure everything went smoothly all the way through closing so I didn't have to worry. She checked on me while I was staying in a hotel waiting for the transaction to complete and made sure I was okay. Jenny also fought to protect the value of my home. She worked with other agents and helped them and their clients understand the true worth of the property so I wouldn't lose money below the listing price. That meant so much to me, especially with everything I was going through. Even after closing, she still didn't disappear like many agents do. She helped coordinate with the new owners to make sure my mail was collected and forwarded to my new address. She truly goes beyond what anyone would ever expect--far beyond the typical job of a real estate agent. On top of all that, her communication is incredible. She is always there when you need her, any time of day. Even when she was out of state, she made sure someone on her team was available to help me. The moment she got back into town, she was texting and calling to check in, asking how things were and if there was anything else she could do. Jenny, Jaid, and her amazing team are more than just professionals--they are a blessing. I will absolutely continue to work with them for any future real estate needs. For me, Jenny is not just my agent. She has become like family, like a little sister and an angel sent to help me through one of the hardest times in my life. If you are wondering whether you can trust Jenny with your sale or purchase, my answer is simple: yes, 100%. You will not go wrong with her. She will be there for you from beginning to end--and even after that. Thank you so much, Jenny, and thank you to your entire team.

She is extremely responsive and no, she will not send you to her assistant, she personally answers calls and text messages! I first called Jennifer 6 months ago when I was thinking about buying a house. When I contacted other agents, they were dismissive when I mentioned I was not ready. Jennifer, on the other hand was super professional and she explained the process to me and , she was courteous and provided a lot of information and even gave me referrals for really good mortgage lenders. Six months later, I called her back, this time to start looking for a house which in this seller's market was not an easy task. Jennifer spent hours with me looking at different houses in the Sacramento area and she did her best to accommodate my busy schedule and remain patient with me. She is extremely knowledgable, as soon as we walked into a house, she quickly spotted issues that I missed that could have resulted in thousands of dollars in repairs down the road even before we got into an offer. She really does her job looking at compensation in the market to make strong offers. At the end, I went for new construction and she was with me when I sign the purchase agreement and even when I sign my final documents at the title company. Jennifer Tarn is a great negotiator!
