This review is 3 weeks overdue!! Brea was recommended to us by a family member. She was very responsive and super helpful when it came to answering all of our questions as first-time home buyers. Brea was patient with us as we navigated the home buying process (as it took us about 5 months from when we initially reached out to Brea to when we finally got pre-approved). When we met Brea in person she was so energetic, bubbly and kind, which made the whole process so much easier. She planned a day filled with home tours which concluded in finding the house we're in now! We appreciated how organized she was with the home touring process, covering a handful of homes in each city we were looking at. We just received the keys to our new home on Sunday, 9/10/17 and we love it!!! We would not be this happy if it was not for Mickie & Brea. They, with out a doubt, got us this house. Without them, we would still be looking. We are grateful to them for getting us a house that we can see our family growing into for many years. Before we met Brea at her open house, we had been looking for over 2-years and we went through several real estate agents. Each offer we put in with those agents we lost. I honestly don't even know where to start with this review. My spouse and I were searching for homes just randomly one day on zillow as we knew then that our lease would be rapidly coming to an end and we were hoping that rather than continue to rent, we could buy. Little did we know we were about to enter into the gnarliest market that I had ever heard of. Housing is in crazy high demand and the supply is minimal. We were interested in hearing more about a few properties and randomly got matched with Mickie. Let me tell you, she is an angel among humans. Our budget wasn't the highest and we kept finding that people well out of our price point were bidding on the houses that we were interested in. This is when Brea came into our lives. Okay, I'm big on reviews and letting my voice be heard when its necessary and it feels necessary. I bought a home two years ago and it didn't go as planned with my partner , tried holding onto the house and became clear to move forward with my life i needed to sell my home, and I knew I personally wanted to do the least amount possible, because its emotionally hard for me to do on my own. I gave my original realtor and his team a chance to sell the home , twice in 2017. I told him I would give him an opportunity to sell it if I ever wanted to sell it , and him and his team had it a total of 82 days on market from two separate postings. It never sold and only had one offer in that period of time. I finally had enough , and pulled it off market.. without hesitation after reading reviews and studying their portfolio, I went with the Key RE team , Mickie and Bre's attention to detail and passion for their career, shined bright. In 2008 Mickie spent countless hours showing us houses for the better part of a month, but when we finally found 'the 1' it was a smooth easy process.
