The contract only states I'll be charged if I break our contract. i could no longer afford to pay rent elsewhere and moved back home. PART 2 We were is escrow on three home and our first agent terminated us because we wanted to write an offer that was under list, but well over comps for the neighborhood. He refused and said he could not work with us! We had to find a new agent! Kiana just took it all in stride and we learned a lesson about the area. We wrote another offer on a property and she worked with the sellers agent and negotiated everything but the Leased Solar System. Leased Solar is everywhere down here and while the buyer gets a nice low payment, the cost and number of panels is based on the occupants in the home at the time of Solar Purchase of Lease and their energy consumption at the time of install. As a New Buyer, you have three options,1.)buy the Solar Outright,2.) Assume ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL BUYER including all monthly payments and then do the buyout at the end of the Solar Term, 3.) Have the Seller pay off the system before you purchase. We all talked and would rather have our own Solar put up on our roof with the best price and most Solar we could get for our funds. Kiana was Involved in these negotiations as well! Kiana was on top of issues before I even knew there were issues. This review is LONG over due ! My family and I where forced to relocate from Castro Valley,CA to Sacramento Area because of the high cost and endless rent increases of The Bay Area . After doing some light research we decided to explore purchasing a home or condo instead of renting as I came into some money that would help with the down payment and in doing so we found Olani Properties or I should say they found us and / or my mom when Thru some unknown search engine when we where searching for properties . We where able to get pre approved for about 180,000 plus we had about 20,000 to put down. I know it wasn't much but it would be enough for a small 2 bedroom 2 bath place in Sacramento area somewhere. Anyway we contacted MOLLIE TEAMES who was very kind and took us out on a few places but unfortunately according to Olani Properties, MOLLIE Teams And the owner of Olani Properties Kiana Rodrigues informed us there was not a lot of Properties in our 180,000 - 200,000 price range and we should settle for what ever is available, do what they tell us to do and we should place all our trust in there firm as they are the professionals and if NOT then they don't want our business and dropped us as clients !!! WOW KIANA RODRIGUES must be doing very well to have the ability to pick and choose her clients !!! This is my opinion and the way we felt and we where very surprised by there firm and we have NEVER been treated so rudely We found Kiana Rodrigues to our knowledge the owner of Olani Properties very controlling , she wants everything done her way or take the high way attitude ( Maybe it's just because we weren't buying or looking at MILLION DOLLAR Properties AND IN HER EYES A waste of there time for her , her partners, agent Etc .... and she didn't want to spend time on a family that wanted to buy there first home in OUR PRICE range because it wasn't big enough commission or if she did help us we should buy whatever they show us ( buy it , make offer or don't waste thetime attitude) This is my opinion and the way I seen it as her being very rude to me and my wife. My advice do more extensive research and interview your realtors carefully as there is a LOT out there with various different personalities some are trustworthy others are not while others are hungry and will lie and cheat and could care less about you or what or where you buy as long as they make a quick sale get there commission and move on to his/her next prey . So be careful !!!! And choose wisely. Updated : I'm not confused with any other realtor as I have email documentation stating Kiana Rodrigues and / or MOLLIE Teams from Olani Properties did not want to help us buy new home and STRONGLY suggested !!!! we stay renters , and told us flat out ! to look for another realtor that they did not want our business !!!!!! and in our eyes treated us like garbage and not good enough people or rich enough to do business with them . They where extremely snoopy to us as we where SHOCKED I also have documents stating we where pre approved for at that time 180,000 NOT 125,000 as she stated . ( a few months after she ditched us it went up to 285,000 . My review stands as a warning to others looking for quality realtors that I suggest looking at all reviews carefully, and look for a realtor who is real , honest, some one with integrity, ethical, with a heart and genuine and not pretending to be someone there not and except you for who you are and not look out to make a quick buck .
