We worked with Element Engineering last summer and were happy with their services. We tried to hire them again this winter. They kept loosely scheduling us over the weekend, without a specific day or time, and didn't show up on four separate weekends. They didn't contact us ahead of time to let us know they were cancelling or follow up after they missed the appointment; we had to keep reaching out, sometimes multiple times, and rescheduling. Andrew responded and quoted costs and availability right away - no worries about "what's your email/phone number so I can send you some documents ... blah blah blah". Thank you Andrew for being straightforward with your costs. You are greatly appreciated for that. We set up a time later that evening. I headed out and arrived on time. Andrew was already there before me. Very impressive. Also, his professionalism; energy; and personality was top notch - especially for such a last minute call. Andrew took his time to look at the wall, then proceeded to check our attic and provide his assessment. He was very patient and answered every question we had. Also, we had other questions regarding a different part of the attic (attic ventilation and garage attic ventilation) which he took the extra time to look into and provide his assessment results on. After all was done, Andrew agreed to send a receipt with an official letter head to document his assessment and findings.
