Entering a new phase in my life and buying a new home was a bit unsettling and, honestly, pretty scary. I really would not have been able to get through the process alone, and I am so thankful that Silvia Barron was there with me every single step of the way. Silvia was exactly the kind of person I wanted on my side. She is incredibly detail-oriented, completely proactive, and honestly like a pitbull with one goal in mind: to get you the best outcome possible. Buying a home has so many moving parts and unexpected twists, but Silvia kept me at peace by doing all the hard work and heavy lifting behind the scenes. What I loved most was how much she cared and communicated. We were in constant touch, and she was always checking in just to see how I was doing or even just to say hi. She really knows how the system works and uses it to your advantage to give you the best advice. But even if I decided to go a different route than what she suggested, it didn't matter--she would take my decision and immediately make it happen. If you want someone who will protect your interests, give you great advice, and stand by you through a big or small life change, and always make you feel at ease you really need Silvia on your side read more

My husband and I had an amazing experience with our agent Julianna Gomes! We just closed on the perfect home. We were looking in a particular area with no success and she was patient with us. Julianna made a recommendation for us to look in a different area that we did not have on our radar, and that's when we found our home. She is so kind and professional. I can't speak highly enough of Sulamita and Stephan, and the USKO Realty team. I greatly appreciate and respect their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and diligence. I have known Sulamita and Stephan for a few years. My husband and I were looking for a home about two years ago, and Stephan was the listing agent of a home that we both loved. This was during Covid and the market was slow, so we had a lot of questions. Stephan was very patient and provided much appreciated advice. Even though we ended up not buying the home, Stephan's expertise and diligence left a great impression. Since then, whenever a home comes available that meets our criteria, Stephan and Sulamita would reach out to keep us informed. So, we always are on top of what the current housing market trend is in our area. When time came to sell our custom lot, we only considered Stephan and Sulamita of the USKO Realty team for the listing. The market sentiment was already starting to change, with price drops and increased inventory throughout the region. However, after the property was listed, we received multiple offers within the first two days. Our custom lot sold in less than 15 days and for more than the asking price!!! Stephan and Sulamita were amazing during the process. We were updated almost everyday on the status of the sale, and were notified as soon as an issue came up and advised on how to resolve it. Stephan and Sulamita made the entire process easy and stress free, and we feel so fortunate to have chosen them as our listing agents. We will definitely work with them for any future buying and selling needs. read more

Irina Shevchenko from USKO acted like true professional! This is why I'm saying so: 1. Two times asked her to find something for us- and two times she brought us best of the best on the first shot, I cannot explain how happy we are! 2. Irina's 22 years of experience let everyone know about itself - nothing redundant...so you won't spend your precious time on silly guesses 3. helped us to get $100k+ price reduction... I can show papers...signed for 700k sold for 553 4.She fought with money lenders for the better rates, but it was initially good so I was OK From the first day she prove to be honest and did everything to get a house for us. It is second time she helped us when nobody could do so. So I really thankful to God and Irina! Hope to work with her again on the next deal! read more

If you're looking for a realtor that will work on your behalf with honesty and zealousness then I highly recommend Irina Shevchenko. Buying a home is a very uncertain and terrifying time and a knowledgeable realtor will make this process less stressful. With a 20 year experience under her belt, Irina has seen it all and has faced every obstacle with a winning attitude. What I appreciate most about Irina is that as soon as you meet her you quickly realize that she is a person of integrity and strong character. I can personally attest to how deeply she cares for her clients not because that's her job but because that is who she is. I fully trust my buying/selling ventures into Irina's reliable hands. read more
