I stopped by this Chevron gas station to use their touchless car wash because I read online that…read morethis place is touchless. It might not look like it because you see the brushes but you get to select the option of touchless or soft touch before going into the car wash bay. I went inside the gas station to pay so I can confirm it was touchless and because I think it's safer to pay there. The lady working the counter didn't really understand me but another guy working there told me it was touchless and recommended their top tier car wash option. My car is already ceramic coated so I just wanted a quick wash to clean off the dust and pollen. Keep in mind that the touchless will not fully clean your car from mud, bugs, bird dropping and etc. Just be reasonable, I thought the car wash being touchless was great. The drying process gives you about a full minute. It did a great job on my car and since my car is already ceramic coated with some extra topper protection, the extra water beads on my car will fly off when I'm driving.

The place is very low class now. I can't think of another gas station in Simi that is this dirty and junky looking, how embarrassing, the owner just doesn't care about how this effects his longtime customers. what a shame. p.s. watch out for nuts and bolts, screws laying in the parking lot.

Plus I hated driving with it full and wasn't that confident about attaching it to my grill. Then I found these guys. For less than my local store was charging for a tank exchange, they came to my house, brought the tank up the stairs and attached it. And their customer service was top notch. These guys are amazing!!

I didn't even stop here for gas but for air in my tire and Sebastian was the young man who helped me he checked all my tires even though one was visibly low in air . He was so helpful he even offered to do it for me. This is like old school "service station" where you actually get served in a good way . My guy buys all of our propane here and has has also had a great experiences . we've purchased some large bags of ice in the summer and the clerk was super helpful at that time too. I just went into this gas station to get a propane tank filled. At…read more about 4:30pm on Friday Feb. 4th 2022. The person behind the counter had me pre-pay $25. I paid cash. With the way gas prices are that could almost be possible but my tank wasn't completely empty so i figured I would get the difference back like when you pre pay for gasoline. When asked if I needed a receipt I said no, big mistake. After the clerk filled the tank I put my gage on and it read as maybe 2/3 full but i've never tested the gauge at full so maybe it just reads a little off. I looked at the pump and it read 1.17 gal pumped and said ok i'll meet you inside for my change and the clerk said that propane was a $25 flat fee. I have been to this gas station before and paid per gallon not a flat fee and of course since I didn't get a receipt I cant really prove anything. Please be wary of this. I called around and propane is just under $4 a gallon and all the places I called in Simi charge you per gallon. Then...I hear pounding from the station window! We are finishing up when the cashier walks outside and starts yelling at me telling me how terrible I am. Very clean surroundings. Very easy to get in and out. They have extras like air, water, and vacuum but you need to bring a $1 in QUARTERS to even use them. Lost a star for that. Who carries quarters in this modern world?! Back to the good experience, I went in to ask about playing the PowerBall and the gentleman was very helpful and even grabbed a pen for me to use. Made some nice chit chat. Very nice person. While not the cheapest in town, I like the easy access in my area of town. Helps to keep you on the go! And here I Go!
