My recommendation is you run as fast as you can from this company! I have been a monthly customer for years. I should have left a long time ago but I kept thinking it would get better. It hasn't. Their staff is rude and accusatory when I call with issues. Once I called to report the potty wasn't cleaned on Monday as planned. Staff argued saying "yes it was" - ummm, I have cameras and I have eyes to look in it - no it wasn't. Another time I called to ask to skip our cleaning that week and got yelled at for not giving enough notice. Another time the unit was leaking water and they came and switched it out. But then charged my credit card for delivery of the replacement! What? I argued and argued and still haven't received a refund for that. I could keep going with more examples. Save yourself a headache and find another potty provider! read more

Can't say enough how disappointing it has been to work with this company. We were quoted the correct drop off and pick up dates at the very beginning of this process. Then we go through this archaic set up only to have our dates changed. We host several events in the area and will be looking for these services multiple times each year....just not with Cal State Site Services At one point I came to yelp to even see if they were a legitimate business it was so bad! read more

I typically dislike giving bad reviews because I know how reviews affect businesses, but this is a special case that I feel like I must warn others. We hired them to install a temporary fence for us. After the fence was installed we noticed the fence intruding 4' into the neighbor's property. We asked the installer to correct the problem and he said that we did not have smaller panels to terminate at the property line. He said to call the office and request to replace the 8' panel with a 4' panel. When we called the office we were told to speak with Desiree who initially had taken the order. Since she was gone for the day, they took a message for her to call back. After several days of telephone tags finally got her on the phone. She wants to charge a fee equal to almost 20% of the total contract to fix their mistake. Ridiculous! After expressing to Desiree how crazy it is for them to charge us for them to fix their own mistake she said had to talk to her boss, Daniel. By the time Daniel got back to us he claims that we should have reported it right away (which had) and now WE must pay for them to come out to fix the mistake that they made. I understand people make mistakes and that's not a big deal, but to not fix your mistake without charging someone again is simply the work of a crook. I highly recommend you use pretty much any other company you can find, even if they can't price match remember that if they mess up you'll have to double pay. I never encourage anyone to give money to people that steal, that are not fair and have poor customer service instead of being grateful for business. The event was at 5pm that day (Saturday) I made the call to cal state at 12pm the same day and by 3pm the fencing and toilets were delivered to my place. Best team ever! They are always very helpful and deliver on time or try to rush if they can. Had a toilet tip over and they were there within the hour absolutely amazing! The service to the site is excellent. The only problem is that the accounts payable end of the business is like the 3 stooges. They cannot seem to get it together, and invariably call and hassle me monthly.
