We were planning on eating at a brewery that had scheduled a burger truck to be there that evening but, alas, the food truck had broken down and couldn't make it. So, we ventured down the road to Proof. The overall atmosphere leaves a person wondering if everyone else in the place is hard of hearing. Too loud music and everyone trying to speak-over everyone else in the room. The service was also very slow. After waiting for 45 minutes for burgers and fries, we had to wait some more to get silverware and napkins. Food itself was perfectly fine even though the burgers were ordered medium and presented well done - the toppings were nice and made up for it. Fries were good. I ordered a cocktail and it sounds weird to type this but even Applebee's makes a better cocktail and we all know how bad the cocktails are at Applebee's. Stick to the draft beers. Seems like a good place for people to meet after work and have a couple beers and a bite to eat if they're in no hurry to get home but, other than that, I'd find a different restaurant to enjoy pub food. read more

Everything was amazing. The waitress adorable. Long wait but they can't help it and wave a magic wand and they worked so hard. And we would be happy to sot a bit longer until food arrives again, based on the service and quality. Which was awesome! If I can mention one "negative", it is not conversation friendly. Went in and ordered the "burger of the month" and it is this glorious Thanksgiving Sandwich that was out of this world. Chef Jon told me how he makes it and you can definitely tell there is a lot of work that goes into it. Everything I've had at Proof is very good but this was over the top. Fairly busy for a Wednesday lunch and the servers were super attentive and made sure I hade everything I needed. Only complaint is that I want the wings served the way they used to be, whole, not pieces like every other place. The wings are awesome but there is something about getting them served the way they should be. Keep up the great work! read more

Too much to share about this gem in Pasco! Lots of very special places to enjoy a delicious meal and an amazing libation. Can't give too much away, but their secret speakeasy is our new go to place. We love the ambiance they have created in this space. Lots of memories will be made! Plus, the food is beyond delicious. It's like they have taken my favorite flavors and poured them into everything they prepare. My latest craving is the Poke Bowl. The Ahi Tuna has no equal and I will be back again and again for it. My hope is that I can move towards the waffles and chicken. This I have had in Portland at the Screen Door. It was delicious and I hope I can give up the Poke Bowl in order to try it at Proof. Ventured out this evening and did a Yelp search for Pasco restaurants. This one came up and had a mixed bag of reviews. I made a reservation online and headed over an hour later. It was busy! However we were seated promptly and the waitress brought the menus. They have some unique drinks and I chose the "Bandita" similar to a Margarita with a splash of chili liquor and a bit of mango purée and some lime. It didn't disappoint. I did think it probably should have come in a little larger glass for the $11.75 price. Hubby had an IPA for $6.50. We chose to split an order of the pork nachos. OMG! They were delish. The flavors melded together and there were so many awesome flavors. We also split a Tennessee Whiskey Burger and it too was spot on. Gigantic burger! The waitress was very attentive, our food was hot and we will be back. I will say that it is NOISY! They had some music playing but it simply could not be heard. I'm sure it's because of the way the building is built (strip mall!). It reminded me of the old Hayden's restaurant down the street year ago. read more

We've given this place a chance(three actually)but unfortunately we're probably not returning to this place. The last time my husband and I dined in for a date night we were seated right away but waited about 15min to get service(not exaggerating). We haven't had this experience at the Kennewick location. They didn't seem too busy so not sure what took so long to get to us with the basics like water for our table and many servers walked past us. Tonight we got a To-Go order. We had to go in for the order since there isn't a working phone. We placed our order based off the online menu. We waited about 30mins for the order(not bad). When we got home my husband's order was completely wrong. He called right away to inform them he'd gotten the wrong burger. They said sorry that they'd updated their menu and the item he ordered wasn't available and went by another name...but we ordered from the menu on their website? He wasn't a happy camper. Dinner ruined isn't something anyone wants. They didn't offer to fix it or offer any kind of compensation for the mistake. We paid for something we didn't want. I will say the Kennewick location has been just fine. Pasco location needs some improvement. Pretty disappointed. read more

We've gone here many times and mostly had good experiences. But time has come for them to realize some changes need to be made. First of all, the food: Nachos - they were ok. They added jalapeños like I asked, but these were the driest nachos I've ever had. I would not order then Again. Wake up Burger - it was ok. Hard to do an objective review with such a neg experience. Side salad - totally awful Protein bowl - wouldn't order again. Too much food in a small bowl. Couldn't stir it up. Cuban sandwich - good Service: terrible!! Slow!! It was not busy when we arrived. We ordered sweet potato tots as an appetizer. They were the beat part of the whole meal. It took over 1/2 hr to get our food. Our friends got their food first. Then a good 10 min later my hubby and I got our nachos and burger. Our friends were half done w their food! The waitress said she was sorry for the delay, but it was said in passing. No offer to make up for the 40 min wait to eat subpar food. So disappointing! Mediocre food plus terrible service equals taking my business elsewhere. It would've been an easy fix. The manager could've apologized and reduced our check. They're never going to make it here if their customer service doesn't improve! On top of that the waitress messed up our check. I am visiting and first came in on Sunday. Patricia was my bartender, so friendly and made an amazing drink. she promised me this was the BEST food around. I came back Tuesday to test this theory. We went to the Pasco restaurant a few weeks ago. We got seated quickly. They have wifi menus, which is nice. I had the American Classic burger, my guy had the Proof burger. He LOVED the onion marmalade. My burger was so big, as a lady, it was hard to eat! I LOVED the way the fries came. COOL atmosphere. Our waitress was almost too busy, she was running around inside and patio too. That didn't make sense. She had a hard time printing the bill too, she had to get help. All in all, we liked it. We have been here twice! The first time it took an hour and 1/2 to get our food. The second time we order the vegan burger, the beyond burger, and it comes with sauce and a bun that isn't vegan, which makes no sense, so then when we take all that stuff off it still comes out wrong. When sending the burger back, eating the rest of our food and we check out they discount one of the burgers that was wrong and not both! When asking why the other one wasn't discounted she said she was gonna talk to the owner! Went to proof Pasco on a Wednesday night. Greeted by staff/hosts wearing masks. Being in a pandemic and all felt comfortable about beating seated. Soon noticed that none of the servers or bar staff were following best practices of masking and socail distancing. Put our masks on when the staff came to our table to take our order. Ordered drinks and food while trying to stifle the uncomfortable feeling produced by the flagrant disregard of the majority of the staff for public safety health measures. I Just couldn't stay. Had our partially eaten food put into boxes and left. Walked down the row of restaurants in the same area and found that all of the other restaurants staff were masked and had signs up informing individuals to wear masks entering the establishment. I have been debating whether to rate this or not, but after my experience this week, it was time. Note: this review has nothing to do with the other location at Columbia Center BLVD. First, we never know when this stupid restaurant is going to be open or closed. It's literally randomly closed all the time. Second, the people there could care less about sanitation and cleanliness. When we walked in no one was wearing a mask. Ok, not that big of a deal to as since we are vaccinated, but the table had crumbs all over it, which means that they are absolutely not cleaning the spaces after people are leaving. Then, we order our food, it takes forever, and our drinks were only half filled when they came out. This place should be rated way higher! I am in from out of town and came in to watch some baseball and grab some food. They have a cool speakeasy in the back. Most importantly, the food was amazing! The Jalapeño Popper Burger was the best burger I have had in awhile. The fresh cut truffle fries were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Servers with jalapeño aioli, they were on point. I eat at restaurants all over the US and haven't left a lot of reviews, but I saw their current rating as an injustice and had to leave a positive review. Proof Pasco...yes please!! Went here with my sister, mom and step daughter. We all loved the food and atmosphere. You'll see pics of the food below but it doesn't come close to the taste. This is a must try just for the food alone. Then to the drinks, gotta try the peach thyme martini. It is to die for. Any drink on the menu has a freshness to it must be the fresh pressed fruit you see the bar staff making. All wait staff was amazing. Im excited about the lounge area and well private karaoke rooms and a retro vibe. So if you haven't gotten it by now this place is exactly what the neighborhood has been needing so get there to see for yourself. read more

Disappointed. Made reservations for dinner for a large party. Called me back and said they would put us in the karaoke room for $35 an hour. We get there and it's dark with couches. No place to actually have dinner. One of our guests have a baby and we're told no kids in the room (wasn't told to us at reservations) it was her surprise party. Wait staff was beyond rude and acted impositioned to help resolve the problem. When all said and done once we were seated somewhere else and ordered our dinner was 40 minutes to get to us and and every table had something wrong with their order. So frustrated when you are trying to order and they don't answer their phone, they turn it off and when I go in they said they were on the phone but they turned me away from ordering mac n cheese so I tried calling the next day on Saturday and no one answers the phone so I go in and let them know that I can't get through from calling and she grabs the phone from her back pocket and says oh my butt must have turned it off, this must be the case on most days and I tried ordering mac n cheese again and turned away again, something needs to be done about this, this is not how you run a successful business by constantly turning customers away, no one should be turned away from ordering a to go order. This is an ongoing issue at the burden blvd Proof. Why would customers keep coming back if you are constantly being turned away. Even when you do get an order it isn't correct, usually the bacon is missing from your burger. I would not recommend to anyone as they would probably turn them away! read more
