After completing the service and making it home it was then he discovered that the SKID PLATE WAS LEFT HANGING AFTER SERVICE!!! On top of that we looked further at the work performed at this location, to our surprise these lazy idiots did not top off ANY FLUIDS. The workers on this job include as follows: Chris(hood & svc writer), Adam(pit), and Luis(safety & MoD). This location has obviously employed either incompetent workers who do not care for the wellbeing of your car or the people driving it. We paid $100 in cash and $43 on a card. The $43 was returned; however they still made us pay an additional $14 to cover their mistakes, as they covered this horrendous miss step by running it on their system as just giving us a "50% discount" for the oil change. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and out come. Please save yourself and take your car elsewhere; but if you do take it to this location beware of CHRIS, ADAM, or LUIS performing maintenance on your vehicle.

I've trusted this auto repair shop for years with all of our family's cars, but this last visit was…read morethe worst experience we've ever had. My mom brought her car in because it was hesitating to accelerate past 50 mph. After paying $189 for a diagnostic service, the mechanic first said the engine had failed and even gave her a quote for a full engine replacement. Later, the story changed -- first to a catalytic converter issue and then again to something else. When she picked up the car, it was in worse condition than before. It wouldn't go over 10 mph, and they admitted they already knew it was running that way but still let her drive it into traffic without warning her. The only reason they looked at the car again was because it came back in such bad shape. They were combative when we asked questions, and the engine cover wasn't even secured afterward. This used to be a shop we trusted, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent diagnostics, and disregard for safety were unacceptable. If you're looking for honest mechanics and reliable diagnostics, I would strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.
