He treated me with respect from the very beginning and worked hard to find a financing solution that actually made sense for my situation. What really stood out was his commitment after the deal was done. My truck unfortunately arrived with damage from transport, and Ali didn't disappear once the paperwork was signed. Instead, he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was addressed and fixed properly. That level of follow-through and accountability is rare in the car business. If you're rebuilding your credit and need someone who will actually advocate for you and stand behind their work, Ali Safaei and the team at Day One Credit are the people to call. I'm grateful for the help and the professionalism throughout the entire process.

I would strongly recommend anyone considering applying for anything with Refinally to RUN the opposite direction.

My son and I recently visited Kearny Mesa Ford because he was ready to purchase an F-150 Lariat we…read morefound advertised online. The truck was priced better than any comparable truck in San Diego, and we literally left Mossy Ford to go buy it. When we arrived, we expected the advertised special to be ready for us to see. Instead, it was buried in the back of the lot. Our salesperson, Josh, was first-class throughout the entire process. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely wanted to earn our business. After the test drive, we went inside to write up what should have been a slam-dunk deal. Josh's manager, Mike, was leaving, so the deal was handed over to another sales manager, whose name I believe was Stephen. That is where everything fell apart. Josh returned with numbers that were approximately $20,000 higher than the advertised online price. The proposal appeared to include every possible add-on and inflated charge they could fit into the deal. It felt like the sales manager was attempting to take advantage of my son because he is a younger buyer. That approach might work on an inexperienced customer, but I have been in sales for 35 years. I asked to speak with the manager and questioned whether he was new or even familiar with the dealership's advertised pricing. He then asked me what the online price was. It is his responsibility to know the dealership's advertised specials before presenting a customer with numbers that are $20,000 higher. I genuinely feel bad for Josh because he did everything right and lost what should have been an easy sale because of the way his management handled the deal. We left Kearny Mesa Ford, returned to Mossy Ford, and purchased a truck from them instead. I had purchased a vehicle from Kearny Mesa Ford a couple of years ago, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Mossy Ford earned our business and will be our dealership going forward.

Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my time…read more I would give zero stars if that were an option. I drove all the way to National City because I had a deal arranged with STG Auto. They were aware of my title situation beforehand and knew that the lien had been released and that I was waiting for the DMV to update the title information. After making the entire trip to National City, they looked up my title date and number and told me that it was not showing in their national database, so they could not complete the deal. My issue is not that they have procedures they need to follow. My issue is that this should have been verified BEFORE I drove all the way there. I had already explained the title situation, and if their ability to purchase the vehicle depended on the title information appearing in their database, that should have been checked before asking me to make the trip. Instead, I spent the time, gas, and effort driving to National City only to be told when I arrived that they couldn't complete the transaction. This was completely avoidable. When you're dealing with someone's time and a vehicle sale, the least you can expect is clear communication and proper verification before having the customer make a long drive. I would not have made the trip if I had been told beforehand that their system could not verify the title. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor communication. If you are considering selling your vehicle here, make absolutely sure they have independently verified everything in their system before you get in your car and drive there.
