Catalina at extension 121 was the most rudest customer service representative I have ever spoken to. She was condescending and had no professionalism when speaking to me. My son has a loan with them and I was making a payment on the phone to get him caught up as he lost his job a few months ago. She was not willing to work with him and refused to discuss any information with me although she had my son's approval to discuss his loan. Catalina mentioned that her boss's name was Art and that she would have him call me back but hung up without taking my information down. I will file a complaint against this financial institution as they would not work with my son and she threaten my son telling him that his car would be impounded today by 6pm if a payment wasn't collected today. BBB will definitely be contacted about the unprofessionalism that Catalina had towards this situation. For now, I will wait for Art to return my call before BBB is notified about my experience. read more

Let me start off by saying I have had issues with more than just one person at this business if that's what you wanna call it. I was making my payments on time and ran into some financial issues and wasn't able to keep up. I spoke with them weekly letting them know why my payments were late or when they can expect them. Roxy was rude taking it personal and constantly asking me to call her when it's hard to understand someone on phone with a thick accent talking over you. I had an incident with the car and called them the same day to give them the information and I spoke with Mario who proceeded to talk over me and have an attitude. I don't know why they take their job so serious and choose to attack people when they call in if they are behind on payments. Do not use these people. If I could give zero stars I definitely would, but unfortunately I am forced to give at least 1 star. Vicky, was very rude and needs to be retrained in her customer service skills. I told her I lost my job and need a payment plan because unlike her I'm not rich and I have indeed fell on hard times. Her response to me was, "how do you pay your rent, how do you pay your bills, how are you feeding yourself and your kids?" And I immediately asked to speak to her manager, who was not much more helpful than her. Her manager; who name starts with a C or K, was rude and started insulting me as well. Saying, Christmas is in a few days are you not going to get any money or gift cards? I am a grown woman, who does not get gifts especially because I have kids, so I rather my kids get the gifts instead of me from my family. I would never recommend this place. read more

To date my experience with Challenge Financial has been horrible. Despite providing all requested information never have I had a company after approval work so hard to not follow through with financing. I have worked with two representatives from the company and both go digging for information to pull the loan. My suggestion if offered financing through Challenge is say "NO" and find a different financier! Now I find out that they are running information on my landlord. Asking him personal questions, digging into real estate records and making phone calls to others violating the personal rights of others! I will be reporting to the BBB! read more
