5 stars because the portion size is GREAT for the price!! But please offer more flavors, they only offer like 6 flavors. The picture below does not do justice to the portion size I had to eat some of the ice cream before I could squeeze it into the cup. I got a cup which I recommend because the ice cream portion is large and starts to melt so the cup helps with the mess. read more

The service was nice but the ice cream was so bad. I got the green tea ice cream and it barely tasted like green tea. The sweetness overrides the flavor. It's good if you're in a rush and you just want something quick to eat but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for good ice cream. read more

PC has the traditional good ol' fashioned flavored ice cream. Perfectly soft enough. Single scoops are awesomely giant sized. Totally shocked and thrilled that my mid-shopping snack was far from a let down. In fact, best decision of the day. Waffle cones are super fresh. Not too soft or hard or small. All around... Went in there to pass time while wife was shopping next door, to get a ice cream cone for the kid, and a cappuccino for myself. The cone was alright, I guess, but the cap tasted moldy, and to add insult to injury, I saw one of the guys drop the metal espresso cup on the floor, and he just rinsed it instead of thoroughly cleaning it. Earlier today me and my friend Jerry were waiting outside the Nike Store, waiting for them to open, meanwhile we were waiting, we wanted to get iced coffee and apparently Pronto Cafe doesn't open untill 10:00. The employee at pronto only open the doors 30 minuets prior to a employee from nike, and left us outside. That was really rude and disrespectful. Assortment of sandwiches, some soup, and bakery items. Also has ice cream, smoothies, and a vast array of coffee drinks. Also has the 4 selection Gold Peak iced tea dispenser. Sweet. No indoor seating and every time I've been here there has been a pretty long line. The latest I had was a medium raspberry smoothie. The size was good (16oz I think) but it was more like flavored iced drink than a smoothie. No ice cream in it and I'd be surprised if there were real raspberries in it. It was very refreshing after a day of shopping. $3.50+tax. read more

I am very thankful that I live near Citadel! I come here looking forward to the ice cream! 5 stars for taste, 5 stars for serving size. One scoop is actually like 2-3 scoops! They are limited on flavors, but I don't mind that, Coffee is always the way to go! Plus it saves you the trouble of deciding what flavor you want. You can never go wrong with the classics. I came this past weekend, it was semi-busy like any other weekend. I had NELLY as my cashier (has 1998 tatted on her arm), she was so serious & unwecoming. Not even a smile, I almost felt uncomfortable taking my order. I asked for creamer in my coffee, and i was given black coffee. I went back to another girl and she says "well she didn't tell me." Like okay, get your communication skills up to par. You're working at a cafe at the outlets. Where people all over the world come to. Next time I'm just hitting STARBUCKS. Service is absolute garbage. We ask for ice cream. The guy doesn't say anything. He just starts scooping. We wanted two scoops but wanted them in different bowls (a "double") because their bowls were too small. Then we check out, and guess what, he charges us for two "singles". I ask why. Response: you have two bowls. My response: but it's two scoops....... And by the way, the whole time he was frowning at me. One of the guys said I was rude as I was walking away. This place has no organization whatsoever. I go in and stand in the only line there is for ten minutes only to find that the line that I was standing in was the "ice cream line." Fine. I go over to the "other register" only to find that the people who had ordered their ice creams before me were in that line already to pay. You guys fail. I came in 11/4 at 1:30pm. I recommended this place to my friend so we came in together. We asked for a two samples of the ice cream each. EMILY "helped" us. Her attitude was disgusting and not friendly or positive at all. It seemed like Emily was annoyed that we had even came in the cafe. When I asked for a last sample Emily said "we are only able to give one sample per customer." okay........ anyways then we ordered our scoops and after, walked to the register to pay. So i order a small regular coffee, then when i go to put sugar and cream all they have is some dumb stevia packets so i ask her if they have any sugar and she looks at me annoyed and says thats all they have! Terrible service. I ordered a turkey sandwich and a hot chocolate, both of which were extremely disappointing. The cashier asked if I wanted it toasted, which I said yes to, but when I got it, it was entirely cold. You could still see a bit of frost on top too. As for the hot chocolate, it tasted like milk with a bit of Nesquik. Not worth the price at all (Sandwich was $7, hot chocolate was $3), and will not come back. read more
