Cost an arm and a leg, but can't go wrong with Representative Raymond, the mechanic, and Honda parts. They figured out what was wrong with the car after unnecessary waste of money with other mechanics. Place is always nice and neat, free , and coffee. Thank you and Happy Holidays & ! 10 for Raymond! Thank you and God bless you.

I came in around noon to explore my lease options, thinking I was nearing the end of my current lease on my 2024 Honda Prologue Elite, which I absolutely love. Raphael assisted me initially and was great, professional, helpful, and welcoming. However, my experience completely shifted when I spoke with Sales Manager Cedric. For context, when I leased my current Prologue in 2024, I put $0 down with a credit score around 650 and secured a payment of $865. At the time, I was making about $90K. Since then, my situation has improved significantly, my credit score is now around 730, my income has increased, and I have a perfect payment history. I have never missed a payment and often pay extra. Despite all of that, I was told I would need to put $8,000 down and take on a $1,100 monthly payment to get into a new vehicle. That made absolutely no sense given my stronger financial profile and loyalty to Honda. The difference in service compared to my previous experience was night and day. I left feeling frustrated and honestly like I was being taken advantage of rather than helped. It did not feel like my best interest was a priority. This is my second Honda lease, and I have been a loyal customer since 2022, but this experience made me seriously reconsider returning. I would much rather work with someone who is transparent and customer focused. At this point, I am open to taking my business elsewhere, because with my current credit, income, and payment history, I know I have better options.

I visited Rotolo with the intention of purchasing a used car. I clearly communicated my non-negotiables and preferences to the salesperson. He showed me one vehicle that met my non-negotiables, while the other two options were attractive but above my budget. I expressed my concerns, and he stated, "My manager will work with you." We then spoke with the manager, who did not appear willing to negotiate or consider my requirements. Instead, he repeatedly told me that my requests were unlikely to be met and insisted I just work with him. After this pattern repeated multiple times, I decided to leave, as I knew I did not have to accept unfavorable terms. On Thursday, I received calls from three different individuals at Rotolo, all insisting that I had to work with them and claiming that if I cooperated, we could reach an agreement. The manager even continued to try to push me into a vehicle I had explicitly declined and disliked, insisting that if I chose the car that he was pushing on me, he could meet my terms. The following day, the calls and text messages persisted all day, despite my repeated refusals. The staff continued to insist I needed to work with them. Throughout this process, I felt that Rotolo was acting as if I had no choice but to conform to their demands. I found the behavior of the manager, to be rude and aggressive. And his persistent and pushy attempts to get me into a car I did not want were unprofessional and unethical. The repeated emphasis on "you have to work with me" was overly aggressive, and emphasized that I was under no obligation to do business with Rotolo. Ultimately, I decided not to purchase from them due to their discourteous and high-pressure approach. After I communicated my decision, they apologized for the inconvenience but continued to call me twice to "confirm." Buying a vehicle should not be a stressful or intimidating experience. It is a significant financial decision that impacts one's household budget and daily commute. Sales staff should respect customers' needs and limits, especially when those needs and limits are clearly expressed. No customer should be bullied or pressured beyond their comfort zone. It is concerning when staff prioritize making a sale over providing respectful, professional service. My experience over these three days was disappointing due to the aggressive, dismissive attitude of the staff, who appeared more focused on closing the sale than on accommodating my preferences and concerns.

I received a recall notice on my car back in November and when I got word the fix was available, I wasn't interested in dealing with it during the holiday season, so I called the service department and made an appointment for after the holidays. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. On the day of my appointment, I was helped promptly and informed they were out of loaner vehicles but they would set everything up with Enterprise and provide a rental car for me. They even provided the shuttle to the rental car location. The text and service updates were nice and kept me informed. I was told when my vehicle was ready for pickup and that I could bring the rental car back to the dealership and they'd work with Enterprise to get it back to them. Super helpful! Also nice there's a gas station right next to the dealership which was super convenient. Hoping to make this my regular dealership after such a positive experience!

Unresolved Safety Defect, Inconsistent Documentation, and Lack of Accountability Regarding Jeep…read moreRubicon 4xe I am writing this review to document my extremely concerning experience with Jeep and the dealerships involved in the handling of my Jeep Rubicon 4xe, a hybrid vehicle that runs on both electricity and gas. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing a dangerous and recurring malfunction: The car randomly shuts off while driving. This is not a minor inconvenience--it is a serious safety hazard that puts me, my passengers, and others on the road at risk. After reporting this problem, I discovered that there is a known recall on this issue. However, despite acknowledging the recall, Jeep informed me that the actual fix for this defect will not be available until next year. That means I am left with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and cannot be repaired in the foreseeable future. Both in Tennessee and at the dealership I visited here, the service departments verbally advised me NOT to drive the vehicle at all due to the severity of the defect. They told me to leave it with them for months. However, the documentation they provided me does not reflect what they said verbally. The paperwork does not state the car is unsafe to drive, it does not mention the months-long hold they requested, and in some cases, it contradicts what was told to me in person. This discrepancy between what is said and what is written is deeply troubling. To me, this is a form of misrepresentation, and it feels like fraudulent conduct, because: * They acknowledge the defect verbally but refuse to document it properly. * They instruct me not to use the car, yet will not provide written proof of that instruction. * They refuse to take the vehicle back or offer a replacement. * They want possession of the car for months without offering compensation, solutions, or transparency. Meanwhile, I am left: Making payments on a vehicle I was told not to drive. With no timeline for a fix. With paperwork that does not match the conversations. With no accountability from Jeep corporate or the dealerships. It is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle--especially one with a known safety recall--to be handled this way. All I want is an honest, written acknowledgment of the issue, a clear plan, and a fair resolution, whether that means a buyback, replacement, or another legally appropriate remedy. At this point, the pattern of inconsistent information, lack of documentation, and refusal to act makes me feel that Jeep is failing to meet its legal obligations and is acting in bad faith.

While I love the truck, the way they did the deal was pretty scummy. We had agreed upon a price, with interest rate and monthly payment and everything. I took a couple days to think about it and decide to buy the truck. I called in and confirmed price, interest rate, monthly payment. When I got in there they lowered the interest rate and kept the same monthly payment. Effectively raising the price. Then they lied and said they never agreed to the interest rate blah blah. "Oh I forgot what the interest rate was". They literally said that when we confirmed in the phone that morning. Be careful of this little maneuver and I would advise spending your money elsewhere. If you hear the name Semaj, run far far away!

1 Star - Completely unacceptable service…read more This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership. My window got stuck completely down, which is obviously urgent. I managed to get it up temporarily using suction cups and went straight to the dealership. They told me they were "backed up" and couldn't even look at my car for a month. No urgency, no temporary solution, nothing. So for a MONTH I had to drive around with my window held up by suction cups dealing with rain and safety concerns in my area. When my appointment finally came, they didn't even have the parts needed to fix it. So after already waiting a month, I was basically left hanging again. Then it gets worse no one even followed up with me. I had to call THEM to check if the parts came in, and suddenly they tell me the parts had been there since the day before. No communication at all. At that point, my temporary fix had failed and I had to use tape just to keep my window up and protect my car. Now, almost TWO MONTHS later, they finally say they can fix it but now they're claiming my warranty is voided because of "adhesive residue" from the tape I had to use due to THEIR delays. On top of that, they're trying to charge me $2,000 to fix it.
