I thought I felt a slow shift point once or twice in the last few months so I decided it was time. I was right. Artem saved and showed me how dark brown the normally pink trans fluid had become. Yuck! The Naples Volvo dealership wanted DOUBLE what Artem charges and I can guarantee you, it couldn't have been done any better. I noticed a discernable improvement on the drive home tonight from his shop and I'm sure my gas mileage will improve going forward as a result, too. My first time taking my car here and I was impressed. I had taken my 325ci to my regular place for…read moresome minor bodywork and asked them to do an oil change while it was there, which they confirmed was done on pickup. When I returned home I pulled the dipstick and the oil was obviously not fresh. I called to point out the mistake, but they doubled down and the mechanic confirmed it was done. So I found Naples Mechanics and took it there and they confirmed I was correct. While the car was on the lift, the owner also pointed out that the central arm bushings were shot and that the rear shocks were leaking. I had been taking my car to the previous place for the past 5 years, so they had plenty of opportunities to identify these issues (I only do very low mileage each season), so I opted to have the work done by Naples Mechanics and was very pleased with the work done.

Went to their oil change location on airport-pulling road and the tech noticed a low tire with an…read moreair leak. So after the oil change I drove to the main location on Domestic to have the tire repaired. I was told that I would have to wait about an hour for them to get to it for repair. I had no problem since I drove in without an appointment. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noticed how nice and professional they handled their customers. Well after about an hour the nice lady working the front called my name and apologized for me having to wait an hour. That the tech working on my tire could not find a leak !!-- that the whole problem was found when he put the valve stem cap back on and that is when he heard air coming out !! I had a bad valve stem cap !!! She apologized again and said "no charge" !!! I gave her some "cross Pennie's" I made for her young family. She just had another baby girl about a year ago. I picked up the car after being sent out 3 times to find it ,finally finding in a bay in the furthest building away from the office. The man in charge asked me "Whats it doing in there" my reply was idiot don't know I don't work here". I traveled up to NE and a week later my battery died ,when AAA came the battery posts came right off and he told me that's what killed your battery and had to purchase another. I still like the place but something seems to be slipping in the service and I hope they can fix it before it's too late.

I was worried it would get worse over time, especially at highway speeds. Jaime got me in right away, and within just a couple of hours, my car was fixed at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the results. On top of the repair, Jaime went above and beyond. He helped me find the correct part number for my broken side mirror, cleared a warning for my expired tire mobility kit, and even recommended better-performing tires for the car. The facility is well laid out and inviting. Check. Staff knowledgeable. Check. Loaner cars available when booked in advance. Check. Like every repair shop you'll ever work with you drop off for something specific and their job is to find work; more work means revenue. We all get that, but a difference here. They'll tell you what they found/saw and suggest that at some point in the not-too-distant future you'll want to remind them to look again. A soft-sell that works!! Kudos. I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues…read morewith my vehicle and the way my case has been handled by both your service department and the insurance claim process. I initially brought my vehicle to your service center due to a "Restricted Performance" warning light and noticeable shaking while driving. Despite having the car for over a week, the only test driving conducted was reportedly "around the block," and I was told the issue could not be replicated. Nevertheless, I was presented with a list of $6,600 in unrelated repairs, for which I paid $2,400 out of pocket after my insurance covered a portion. Shortly after retrieving the car, the same warning light came back on immediately, and the shaking persisted -- clearly indicating that the original issue had not been addressed at all. When I returned the vehicle, I was told the matter would be resolved, but instead, a second insurance claim was filed, and I was forced to pay an additional $200 deductible, even though the issue was the exact same one that prompted the original service visit. This appears to be a clear mishandling of the diagnostic process and possibly an abuse of the insurance claim system. This situation is unacceptable. At minimum, I am requesting the following: 1. A refund of the $200 deductible paid for the second claim, as the issue was never resolved from the first. 2. A thorough explanation of why the original problem was not properly addressed or diagnosed, despite the time the vehicle was in your possession. 3. Assurance that the vehicle will be repaired correctly without any further out-of-pocket expense on my part. 4. If not resolved satisfactorily, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (which handles auto repair disputes) and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for a possible insurance claim abuse investigation. I expect a timely and professional resolution. Please respond within 10 business days to avoid further escalation. This situation raises a few red flags: * Poor diagnostic procedure -- A quick drive around the block isn't enough for intermittent or performance-related issues, especially with modern vehicles. * Potential insurance mishandling -- Filing a second claim and requiring another deductible for the same issue sounds questionable, especially if it's a continuation of the first claim. * Lack of accountability -- They didn't take responsibility for failing to address the core issue in the first place.

I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing.
