They did a great job on our very anxiety-ridden pup who absolutely is terrified of groomers.

It's expensive but my animal's well being matters and I would definitely hire Dominic again. He pays incredible attention to detail, almost overkill, but shows that he is nothing short of a professional. The van was spotless and he texted me pics daily with a gps tracker showing me exactly where they were on their cross country journey. Do not think twice about hiring him and his team!

You can't even get the contact info or a general quote unless you answer questionnaires to be sure you're compatible with their outlook and services. In the end, they were who I felt most comfortable going with, as I felt Mimi's stood for what we feel for our pets, and they were the ones that felt safest and smartest to me. Dominic is absolutely amazing, and was communicative and understanding from start to finish. He worked with me on what we needed, and was so easy to deal with. When he arrived, he had an executive style setup for the cats, and knew who each one was. He was ultra careful with loading them into their cages and setting them up in the car. It was the same on the other end a day and a half later. We couldn't have asked for a better situation. We got photos and updates during the journey, so were able to see all was well during the day and a half the journey took. We never had to worry, which made everything easier all around. I highly recommend Mimi's to anyone needing long distance pet transport!

Even though I knew this moment was coming, no one can truly be prepared to wake up to find your beloved pet has passed away overnight. It was very difficult emotionally to process the loss, let alone trying to figure out what to do with his body. I called a few places that I found online, but the only person to call me back was Desmond (in 10 minutes no less!). He was able to drive over to our house right away. Desmond was kind, supportive, and very helpful. When he gave us his business card, I noticed a photo of one of his Dobermans on the card. It felt like a sign from above that my little Joey was going to be well taken care of. When Joey's ashes were ready, Desmond drove the remains back to our house and delivered the most wonderful package. The urn is a gorgeous wood box, and the clay paw print comes with a small display stand. Some of Joey's fur was also included in a little glass bottle. The note from the cremation center said a tree was planted as well. I've had other pets cremated in the past, but this is by far the most beautiful package I've seen. I would highly recommend Peaceful Pet Transport to anyone in this situation. Desmond is truly an angel and I'm very appreciative for his help through an extremely difficult time.

Traumatizing experience with All Animals during deceased animal pickup service. I discovered a…read moreferal cat had gotten trapped and died in abandoned TNR cage at the rear of my property. I was devastated to think about how long it might have been there and suffered. It's body had decomposed in the heat and fused with the wire cage. The City of Phoenix Dead Animal pickup has a contract with All Animals and sent one of their "sensitive professionals" to pickup the deceased cat. I'm a frail Senior and the cage was quite heavy. The employee refused to help and immediately began yelling at me that he couldn't wait and I could get fined for the cat being in the cage. I couldn't get the cat out of the cage as it's body was attached to the wires, the employee began yelling and refused to help and wouldn't accept the cat with the cage. He was highly agitated and at one point for no reason yelled, "Don't touch me!" He finally just got in his truck and left. An emotionally draining experience made much worse by an out of control employee with anger issues.

Totally rude and not listening at all!

From the moment I got on the call, they were caring, kind and patient through my tears and brain fog. They made scheduling easy, payment convenient and had it all set up for me so all I had to do was be present on the day of euthanasia. Our veterinarian was Tali T in Phoenix and I HIGHLY recommend her. She was patient, explained everything with care and attention before beginning, and allowed me to pace the appointment. She didn't rush me at all. I also loved that she didn't seem to try to fill the space or give me sentiments. She sat with me in my grief. It was such a wonderful gift. Tali went above and beyond by clipping my girls hair and putting it in a keepsake jar provided by her and helping me to make nose and paw impressions with materials I had purchased. She helped me tenderly place my pup into her final resting place in my yard and slipped out quietly so that I could have my last moments with her. About 3 weeks after my pets death, I received a hand written note in the mail from Tali. It was such a kind hearted, wonderful note. I don't know how I got so lucky to have this angel by my side through my pups death, but I am so grateful I did. She (and the Blue Pearl Hospice Team) helped me do the unbearable, and for that I am eternally grateful.
