We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. Don't flag my review simply because you don't agree with it, practice better business and you'll get better reviews.

When we asked for proof, we never heard from him again. After reaching out for almost two months, he decided to pretend this was no longer his phone number and get hostile and make threats. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM ANYONE AND ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIM OR HIS COMPANY. Trying to file a complaint and receive any of the money back that he out right STOLE is nothing less than a nightmare.
